A: The Samsung washer uses weight to determine how much water is in the tub. The samsung website says if it doesn't fill with enough water you may need to re-calibrate it's notion of how much the tub weighs. 1) Remove everything from your washer. 2) Simultaneously press and hold Temp. and Delay End for 3 seconds until Cb appears on the display. 3) Press Start/Pause. The tub will rotate back and forth for 1-3 minutes, display En, End, or 0, and then turn off. The washer is now calibrated.
A: We just both a set and you are correct, they do NOT match!

A: This is a very large washer and we've loved our few short weeks with it so far. We can wash our king down comforter with room to spare!

A: Its got a little cup thing that you put the detergent in, it dosent go in the drum with the clothes.
