A: The stand does not swivel. This is one of the few TVs on the market that still have a center stand.

A: This TV weighs 42.3 pounds with the stand, and 38.4 pounds without it.
Q: I will be look at the tv at a angle about 45 degrees how will it affect the picture.
A: I have found the picture to be good from any point or angle.
A: Go to a Best Buy store and ask to listen to one. For me, I never use a soundbar or other speakers as the TV speakers are adequate including stereo separation. They are not perfect but they are acceptable to me. More than that, I cannot say because everyone is different when it comes to sound and picture quality.
Q: are the HDMI ports 2.0,2.1 or 2.2
A: Only reference I could find in the users manual was 2.0.
