I was going to purchase the Samsung crystal yet was persuaded into buying this tv since its colors are much more vibrant! I’ve never been so happy purchasing a tv considering I’ve only had TCL’s! I will only purchase from Samsung here on! The quality is top tier! 10/10

The picture quality is so amazingly clear and dense with color. Plus, the remote response is very quick, no delay. So fast, I have to channel back while surfing on the guide. Ready to purchase a 2nd one.

The first one that was delivered had a glitch black spot that showed on the left side of the screen occasionally within the first week of using it. I had already thrown away the box but I took it in anyway and they fully reimbursed me and I re-bought it again. The second one has had no issues and has worked great, exactly what I was looking for!

This is a great upgrade for us. The QLED is nice and bright for our upstairs living room. I prefer the sw interface over our LG OLED in the basement. You don’t get the highest level of contrast but can’t beat it for the price.

Everything on the tv is great. The remote is highly congested, the tv does get bright but not as much as i would want in our bright room during the day. Our crystal UHD samsung was performing better during day time. Main issue i am having is the wifi on the tv seems to drop frequently.

I am so worried that this tv is not going to last the picture turned pink within 3 weeks of using it. I followed the suggestions online and tried another HDMI cord still turned pink so I went out and bought a brand new HDMI cord. To my disappointment the TV is pink when I turned it on after being off all night. Beware

We appreciate your feedback on the picture quality of Samsung’s Q6F TV. If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware (Version 1132.0), as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File.
2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files.
3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them.
4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device.
5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted.
Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically.
If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences after updating/checking for updates, there are several settings you can adjust to better suit your viewing environment.
To explore picture mode options, go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Available modes include:
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and sharper for well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for dark room viewing
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the director’s intended look and feel (automatically enabled for supported content)
You can also fine-tune settings like brightness, contrast, sharpness, and more by navigating to: All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Got this Samsung 55" Q6F complete disappointed my 2019 Samsung had a better picture took it back got the 55" TCL QM5K series very happy with this TV awesome picture.its only been a couple days but overall it's a great tv.

Love my purchase easy to navigate, beautiful picture and it has more than one HDMI port, but the antenna i purchased for it is garbage and i can't return it but other than that this TV is perfect, my favorite brand i also purchased the New Samsung26 GALAXY ULTRA LOVE IT.
