Q: Measurements tofit through doorway
A: The true measurements are listed in the information about the product explanation but be sure to know that the door handle and control knobs on the front of it stick out a bit more than mentioned, I had to take the door trim off down to the casing as I misjudged the measurements given.
A: I'm happy to help with this, Carla! Changing the temperature after the oven is already heated is the same process as setting the temperature initially. You will need to press the button for the cooking mode you are using, for instance "Bake". Next, use the number pad to enter the new temperature, then press "Start". ^Jecca
Q: How do I take the handle off to bring it through the doorway when it gets here?
A: Yes, I figured it out with the old stove, I just pull up on the whole door and it comes up and off of the hinges, easy.

Q: I am unable to reinsert the drawer .... can anyone help?
A: Did you pull it out past the clips on the hinges? If so you need to insert both clips simultaneously while pushing the drawer into the slots, it is real troublesome feat, you have to make sure the clips on the hinge are just touching the slot, it doesn't look like it would go back in properly but with patience and repeated tries I actually got #@*!?$#@!! thing back in, the clips are on the back edge of the hinge like a little piece of metal looking thing that moves up and down and has a spring action that has to be very carefully moved, slid into the opening, both at the same time or you can't slide the drawer in, it will not go in lined up, it's very tricky. If I had pictures of it I would explain it better but to do that I would have to pull the #$@&*!#*@ drawer out and I'm not going through that again even though I know how to do it.
Q: Does this oven have an air fryer option?
A: Thanks so much for asking! This model is not listed as having the air fry feature. However, if that is a feature you are looking for, I can provide this link (https://bit.ly/3pwZuMS) to a full list of Samsung's currently available freestanding gas ranges that do have the air fry feature. ^Jecca
A: I'm happy to help with this, Bill! In order to use the Smart/Wi-Fi features, you will need to connect the range to the internet. I can also provide this link (https://bit.ly/3zzWxwQ) to the user manual for this model. Page 31 begins the section on how to connect and use the Smart features. ^Jecc

I am enjoying using my new range. It performs well, although I really don’t like the touch controls. The timer button is finicky. You have to touch and hold for 3 seconds, and sometimes it takes 5 or 6 tries to work. I love the burners and the cast iron burner covers. There is enough power to boil water quickly.

Yes, ultimately I’d recommend it but read through my complaints first! I’m really not sure how this range has so many good reviews. Yes, the oven and range features work fine. The oven cooks evenly. The range feels sturdy and the multiple options for heat output (power burner, etc) is nice. Although I think I would have preferred 3 to be normal and to have the one power burner (which really does boil water fast!) instead there are two regular ones, one really small one and the power burner. I have two complaints that frankly make me want to give this range 2 or 3 stars instead of the 4 I decided on: The app/smart control- this really doesn’t do anything. I get WHY you can’t turn the oven on remotely but I don’t understand why I can’t adjust the sound settings. This is unacceptable. When preheated the thing sings to you for close to a minute—loudly. Then when your timer goes off it sings loudly until you make it stop. I have 3 kids so sometimes I just need a gentle reminder that my food is done and then silence while I calm someone or finish using the restroom. In my opinion, one short round of singing for preheating and a longer one for timer being done would be sufficient. The sound option in the app gives you the option of “on or off” off being the stove literally makes no sounds at all *face palm* in my opinion the app doesn’t really do anything helpful. The other complaint I have is the griddle. It’s NOT non stick. I don’t know what the reviewers saying it is are smoking but even cheese that came out of a quesadilla stuck to this thing. It also heats unevenly. The middle cooks pancakes okay but the front and back doesn’t get hot enough due to the placement of the burner. The crevices around the side are impossible to clean and the whole thing is always hella dirty. Honestly, I hate the griddle. Wish I could replace it with something. I know I gave this thing 4 stars but honestly I wish I’d bought something else. The only reason I didn’t give it 3 stars is because it does it’s primary job— of cooking my food— well and it looks nice. Best Buy is also the absolute best for ordering appliances! Final photo of the griddle is what it looks like after a couple weeks of cooking— without actually using the griddle. So I guess just know even if you don’t use the griddle you’ll still have to clean it once a week or so depending on how often you cook and how messy you are. The manual is also unclear as to whether it needs to be seasoned as a normal cast iron pan or not so maybe that would help? It has rubber feet though so I’m hesitant to try.

I do recommend this so far!!! I’ve used the burners and the oven but not the broiler function yet located inside the oven. The 18 btu located in the front right burner is wonderful for boiling or frying, sautéing! The one behind it is used for simmering and works great as well. Griddle works fine except I prefer a frying pan to make pancakes for easier cleaning. Oven works great; functions on the higher temp side and so it bakes quicker, so keep an eye on it to prevent over baking or burning. Storage section located at the bottom of the oven is just enough for couple of cookie sheets. Easy to clean stovetop and grates. Stove is still looking brand new! Love it!
