Q: Is there a way to dim the brightness of the clock?
A: That the display is so bright it lights up not only the kitchen but also neighboring rooms is a problem. We love the appliance, but the inability to dim the display is definately a HUGE issue. I would not recommend this appliance until Samsung fixes this issue. Since it has some limited smarts in it, you would think Samsung could figure out how to dim the display...but if not, that is a very short-sighted design decision.
Q: Can the convection fan be turned off? I've read it's best to turn it off when baking.
A: Hi KellyC! We've made it even easier than that for you. This model offers separate buttons on the control panel for standard bake and convection bake. So all you'll need to do is select whichever option you wish to use each time you use the oven. ^Jecca

A: There is no air-fry basket required. Just place your food on a sheet pan or pan with a wire rack and select AirFry, temp and start.

A: I think they forgot to put it in the specifications. We noticed the same thing but it came with the griddle :) FYI, the griddle cooks really slow. We’ll probably use it for a warmer.

Beautiful stove.
My stove is beautiful when I first saw it, because I had my previous stove for 22 years and still going strong. And I had gotten that one from Best buy as well, just wanted to update. This stove have five burners, different sizes and it came with a griddle. I just received it today so I haven't connected it to my wifi as of yet. The burners are smooth with the flames comes on. I have much more space on the countertop than my old one. This oven seems larger than my old one and it uses much less floor space...love it. I love the stainless steel and black colors combined. I know I will have fun just connecting my Samsung family hub with this beautiful new Samsung stove. It self cleans as well, that will save me a lot of time. My old one I had to manually keep it clean. I am going to enjoy the air fryer as well.I also like the fact that I can broil my food inside the oven instead of on the bottom... it's easier for me due to a car accident rendering me disabled. There are several functions on my new stove that will make cooking easier for me. And the delivery was awesome, Bryan and his partner was very, very helpful. Bryan is amazing, kind, and considerate. They were very professional.

Great range with great options
Lots of great options like the air fryer, bread proof and smart things enabled via wifi makes it easy to setup and adjust sertings. It's easy to clean with It's three piece top racks. The only con is that the screen is not lit so it's hard to see the buttons.

Great product, reasonable price
Range is attractive and has great features. Easy to clean top under burners is a real plus. I like that it takes the place of counter top appliance such as air fryer.
