Q: If the power goes out, can you still use the burners and oven?
A: I'm so glad you asked, Dave! The oven will require electricity to operate as it uses the control panel to set the temperature. However, the cooktop burners can be lit manually. In fact, we've even included instructions on page 17 of the manual (https://bit.ly/3ffbEVz) on how to do this safely. ^Jecca
Q: Is the griddle removable so you can use the middle burner alone?
A: Great question! While the center griddle can be removed from the cooktop, this model does not come with an added center grate. However, you can check SamsungParts.com or call 1-800-627-4368 for information on purchasing an additional grate to use on the center burner. ^Jecca
A: There are two options, 1 on Amazon there is one that fits. Just have to look. Wife found it for $26. Option 2 not on Amazon but for $50+ Just search by the model #. The one on Amazon the wife got works ok. Thin material

Q: Does the broiler work with coils that heat up or flame?
A: I bought this girl from Best Buy outlet and they didn't want to return it because when we bought it it didn't have two of the circle things for the fire to come out and I didn't want to go and pay $15 each they said I had to pay for it so I'm very very unsatisfied never again will I buy something from the outlet that's what I get for trying to save money and as for the griddle I don't even know if it works I haven't tried it out yet I'm so disappointed after we bought the stove they were trying to charge me $30 more I called him and told him that I was missing those two circles for the flame so I just have two burners that are using the other two I can't use because I'm missing the two burners

Gas range
Great purchase. My wife is very happy with the gas range,easy to set and cooks fast. My wife uses everyday. I connected the gas range to the wifi and I can start it through my phone. We're very happy.

Good range for the price
This is a good range for the price. It cools evenly and it looks nice in my kitchen since it matches my other appliances. The gas line is on the back bottom left corner. Unfortunately my gas line was on the bottom of my precious range so I needed to call a plumber to move it. I went from a digital display to this one. Is it hard to push the arrows to get the time and temp you want, no. Is it annoying when the numbers jump too fast and you miss it, yes. But I didn’t want to pay the price for an upgraded model so that’s what I get. My kids like the little song it plays when the timer is done. I haven’t set it up on WiFi yet, haven’t had the need for that. I love the power of tue burners. I tried to make a tuna melt on the griddle and it took sooooo long because the heating is not even that I just made it in a pan. In hindsight, I probably would have gotten an upgraded unit but I am happy with this one.

Sleek and Stylish
Very satisfied with this range. The style of this range, It looks very sleek and modern. It definitely upgraded the overall look of our kitchen. Set up was very easy. It warms up very quickly, Modern design. Stylish dials. I am very happy that this one has a storage drawer at the bottom. Things I don’t like, the hiss sound when burners are on.
