We looked online at this TV and the price was on sale. We started to purchase online, but went into the store instead. The Best Buy sales rep said he couldn’t honor that price, it was a third party seller. So Best Buy now has 3rd party sellers. The sales rep spoke with the manager and they would not honor that price, but offered a higher price, even though it was on their official website at this lower price. It still was cheaper than anywhere else, so we purchased it, but frustrated with the sales rep. He was high pressure on selling a $1500 warranty. It was to the extreme and unprofessional. We turned down warranty as we can still get it through Samsung manufacturer cheaper with the right knowledge than Geek squad. We were told delivery would unbox and set up the TV. They dropped it off in the driveway and said they don’t unbox or setup unless you pay extra for it. The whole experience was a disappointment and frustrating. Bottom line, love the TV, just not Best Buy sales or delivery.
