A: You can leave your shoes laces outside the dryer, with the body of your shoes left inside the dryer...shut the door and this trick helps prevent the shoes from banging around!
Q: Does the dryer require a water hookup extra for the steam?
A: When installed you will have a "Y" connector placed on the cold water outlet. Then one hose is connected to the washer and the other is connected to the dryer.
Q: What is the depth of the washer?
A: I am 5'9' and I have trouble reaching the bottom of the washing machine tub (pedestal for either washer or dryer).
A: The dryer does not include a cord.
