Q: How is the picture when watching sports, does it lag?
A: No lag, Great picture. We switch between cable, Roku, and Apple TV. It's amazing either way.
Q: How far are the stands mounted under the TV?
A: The stands sit I front 3-5 inches and behind the television 3-5 inches. The stands are very far apart was the issue that I found so whatever you sit it on will need to be wide.
A: Id buy an optic cord, you'll get better sound and the tv has this. I purchased Sonos surround which uses ARC(looks like an HDMI)
