Hi Loopy, Samsung does not offer any OLED tvs in its current lineup. A QLED TV is a Quantum dot-based TV, and that Quantum dot material is what makes QLED TVs different from conventional ones. QLED TVs use Quantum dots which are inorganic, durable, stable and allow for excellent colour and brightness. Meanwhile OLED TVs use a controversial organic material that leaves them susceptible to image retention. ^Val

Hi Kbourn! The Q60T features 4 different Picture Modes, so you can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience.• Dynamic makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. • Standard is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. • Natural reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. • Movie is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. You can also individually adjust the brightness and contrast to achieve the picture quality you desire based on your environment. For a professional calibration contact your local Best Buy. ^Tim

Hello Rob, Yes, you can download the CBS All Access app from your TV's built-in App Store. ^Cristian
