I love the microwave, but as another reviewer stated the color is off it is not the bright white. It is on my bespoke Samsung refrigerator. It’s very annoying to look up at the microwave and have it look off-white almost a dingy white compared to the white on my refrigerator so I am returning this. I just can’t look at that difference all the time. . Other than that, it’s great..

Pros: white glass, hidden handle, and touchscreen-like buttons make for a sleek look. Cons: the black sides are glossy whereas the rest of the bespoke line has a nice matte black. The materials feel cheap feeling, and the fan is annoyingly loud. It’s an ok microwave, but not a huge improvement over a $150 GE in terms of performance and feel.

Still waiting for customer service to resolve the issue of backsplash being damaged. I gave 3 stars because it is pretty and we needed a contemporary look but the door hits your face when opening if you are short. The time gets stuck whenever you wipe and clean and have to reset time after cleaning. Sad to say we are still waiting to resolve the issue about our backsplash being damage. One advice I could give is to make sure to watch the installers closely when things are being installed. Not all installer are the same. We could give the Best Buy employees at the store 5 stars because they are very helpful and very professional, wish I could say the same for the installers. Next time I would make sure to watch them closely for dents and poor installation. I suggested to them to remove my front door before trying to fit the refrigerator that they delivered as well but they did not listen, causing dents on the new replacement. They eventually removed my door after forcing it in the first try, I wish they listened to avoid the hassle of having to ask for another replacement, we are still in the process of resolving the issues.
