So I didnt need a fridge, went to buy a new washing machine. But walked by a display model and fell in love with it. Was on sale for 2100 at my local best buy, which was 1100 off so I bought it and set up delivery for day aftet thanksgiving. Then the next day I decided to go to the outlet/scratch and dent location and they had one for 1651.00 so got that instead, said dents/residue on label. Had all the packaging still inside so new otherwise it was new. Could not se any dents scratch.etc on front which is all i cared about since you would not see the sides/back. Once delivered I looked over with a fine tooth comb and the only thing I could find was some tape residue on the left side of the cabinet. Blows my mind that someone would refuse delivery for that as goo gone took it off in 1 minute. Anyway the fridge is amazing. I know alot of people don't like Samsung but I have purchased for years with few issues. Has tons of space for a counter depth, love the beverage zone and 2 kinds of ice. Also like the flex zone where bottom right can be set to fridge, soft freeze or regular freezer. Like the white glass panels as they have a grey tinge to them. Looks very sleek. I would recommend this to anyone and if you have an outlet store in your area be sure and check there first.

I love how the white glass looks! The plus too is that you don’t see any fingerprints like on stainless steel shows. I also love the beverage center on the inside, which helps the outside stay clean. I have the counter depth, it doesn’t have the most space, bu tv it works for me!

My wife and I had been searching for a refrigerator to go in our recently purchased home. It being a historical house with a gally kitchen, we were constrained on space and needed something smaller, but that would also afford us modern conviences. The samsung being counter depth fit perfectly in our space, and surprisingly still gave us more space than our last refrigerator. We love the beverage center and also that the ice isn’t in the door as that is normally problematic. We use the auto fill water pitcher far more than the water dispenser; its just faster. Another well appreciated feature are the freezer drawers. Every shelf in the freezer can be pulled out life a drawer. While we have only had the unit for about a month, it seems like its going to hold up well.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I’m so glad I changed my mind at the last minute. I had originally ordered a stainless steel GE fridge, but then I walked into Best Buy and saw this beauty on display—it was love at first sight. The white glass panels are stunning and a must-have, and the counter-depth design is perfect for my space. My favorite features are the ice maker (with both cubes and bite-sized options) and the built-in water jar. Highly recommend

Came home from vacation to a broken fridge and upgraded to this new Samsung. We have a deep freezer in our garage, so I love that I can make one of the bottom zones additional fridge space. Love the dual ice options. Love the water pitcher - we’ve made “spa” water our new refreshing treat. Very happy with my purchase.

We’ve had the fridge for almost a month now, and it works great so far. Interestingly, its capacity is lower than our previous fridge yet we have enough space now and some for items. I guess design matters more than I thought. My one con is we got the counter depth because we wanted it to fit into the insert perfectly, but it did not due to the height. The fridge has a plastic cover around the hinges that add a whole inch to the height. So make sure you have a minimum height of 73” if you want it to fit perfectly or you’ll have 13” sticking out like I do. Great fridge. Highly recommend. Delivery was on time too and installation done well.

We love our new Samsung Bespoke 4-door refrigerator from Best Buy. It fits perfectly in our space although it is taller than most. We almost didn't buy it for this reason, but it turns out it fits so well that it looks custom. The glass-faced doors are elegant, and we get lots of compliments on how great it looks. Beyond appearance, the features are what we love about this refrigerator. First of all, it's virtually quiet. We never hear anything, incuding ice drops. The beverage center works perfectly. We always have a steady supply of fresh filtered water on tap and the pitcher offers colder water. The pitcher pours so well without spilling a drop. We fill our coffee maker every night with water from the pitcher and it refills automatically. The compartments can fit just about anything and can be configured to adapt to the occasional large item as needed. Overall, we have nothing to complain about and everything to love about our new refrigerator from Samsung.

We've had this refrigerator for only a few months, but my favorite features are the AutoFill Water Pitcher and Dual Ice Maker. The water pitcher makes serving guest with water an easy task.

We love this refrigerator! Great design & fits our needs. We ordered the light blue panels so it stands out beautifully in the kitchen. Sleek look with no handles. The doors are easy to open. It is so much easier seeing and pulling out freezer items given the pull out trays, baskets and side door space. The beverage center is really nice and easy access to just get out the drinks. I highly recommend this fridge.

Just got this counter depth Samsung refrigerator, the 4 French style doors makes access easy. Love the easy access to water and ice. We got the white glass doors which does not show finger prints. If you you choose the Samsung Bespoke models, make sure you measure your refrigerator opening carefully, this is a very tall unit, our opening was just tall enough.

Looks great but the functions and details are great. Especially love the beverage center. The fridge fires a good job of taking away the odor inside of the various foods

This refrigerator is fantastic. The glass front looks great; it is much more custom than just the stainless steel. Very clean lines and the interior looks very nice as well. We had a flax zone unit before, so already knew how nice it was to have the flex zone set up as a "kid fridge" for the little ones. but having the WiFi connectivity on this one is a really nice addition too! Also really like the beverage center and not having the ice maker inside the fridge, this one seems to keep a lot more ice on hand for a counter-depth model, and the dual ice functionality is great as well! Would highly recommend this,

This is not only beautiful but so functional. The two ice sizes, the freezer that can be turned to a fridge, the beverage center, it's all genius.
