Absolutely stunning refrigerator that goes beautifully with my navy and white kitchen. I love the flex compartment that helps with preparing for holiday meals. The auto refill water pitcher also stops the fighting over who put an empty pitcher back in the fridge! The only downside is that fingerprints easily show up, which is not a main concern in our adult-only house. I got the counter depth fridge but because of the door clearance needed, we had to have it stick out after all. Lighting is very good and it does not get smelly. (See photos, cats not included)

1) it’s navy blue glass and it’s so aesthetic. 2) the beverage center is amazing. I love having a pitcher in there that will refill and that i can use to infuse water. 3) it makes two different types of ice. Actually trying to convince my spouse to let us exchange all our appliances to match this one.

I love this refrigerator. I bought navy steel, it is pretty and doesn't show fingerprints. I was able to adjust the shelves to fit my products. It is well designed. I really like that the freezer has doors and not a drawer. It is easy to see what I have and reach everything.

There is a misleading picture that shows the fridge flush in one of their promos so not sure how one would get the doors open unless there is some way to adjust the fridge hinges?!?! It is 73” tall and tight so make sure you plan measurements accordingly. It’s a sleek, functional fridge and is so quiet that the only noise you hear is the ice dropping periodically. The two sizes of ice are nice. The smaller of the two easily fits in the neck of a stainless water bottle. The LED lights are nice and bright in the top and decent on the bottom sections of the unit. The fridge came well packaged and the installers took lots of time unpacking each item. The Best Buy installers were very cautious and professional. The only negative is the doors opening wider than the fridge body so the footprint of the fridge needs a wider opening. You can see from the pictures included in this review.

Absolutely love this fridge. Number 1 thing is, it keeps everything cold! So beyond that the beverage center is cool because its made the front super easy to clean. We use the right side freezer as a mini fridge for our kids so they can easily access their juice boxes and snacks. It also pings me if they leave the door open. Had this thing for almost a year and its been solid. Panels took forever to come in though.

Wife is in love with this 4 door Flex Bespoke fridge. Nugget ice, ability to change bottom right part to be fridge or freezer. It's a bit on the deep side, so even a counter depth version sticks out a bit (due to the thickness of the door/beverage center).

Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The refrigerator not only looks great but also works great. Very nice product that fits our style. The beverage center is probably our favorite feature. Very quiet and energy efficient. Yes, the doors stick out a bit, but it’s not a built in so you get what you pay for (not complaining).

The automagically refilling water pitcher is one word “GAMECHANGER”. The black matte steel look is sleek and looks what the aristocratic would call “Brow on fleek” We replaced a larger standard depth with this counter depth and we still have a lot of space

Absolutely love the refrigerator once we figured out that it has an internal GFI so can not be plugged into a GFI outlet. It took 2 refrigerators to figure that out and a visit from the electrician.

Was originally bummed a bit cause our new refrigerator spot could only accommodate a counter depth fridge. However, this one with all its sleek looks and functions is now our favorite appliance in our remodel. The wife is super happy about the magnetic side to display the kids’ art without making the front look messy. This fridge can actually hold quite a bit….not as much as a full sized but just enough so I don’t have to run downstairs to the second fridge everyday…..maybe twice a week.

Our Bespoke white glass panel refrigerator was delivered 8/26. All went well and we are really enjoying all the features. Especially the flex section that can be set for refrigerator or freezer. We also like the 2 sizes of ice cubes. The glass panels are easy to clean. Our salesperson in Lenexa, KS was Daniel, who was very patient and helpful through the whole process.

Love, love, love. Love the easy to use functions and the shelves! We’re enjoying The beverage center and the sleek look of the no handle black stainless steel finish.

This refrigerator is gorgeous and has so many wonderful features. I love the door in door where you can get water or other drinks easily without opening the entire door. The fact that you can turn one side of the freezer into a refrigerator if you need more room is a great feature. This is counter depth so it doesn’t have as much room as a regular refrigerator but has several shelves and drawers that are wonderful for storage. We just moved in so the kitchen was pretty bare when I took the photos but you can see how gorgeous it looks in a modern farmhouse kitchen. Yes it was expensive but it’s something that you use many times a day and it’s okay to splurge a little sometimes!

Really cool fridge that adds tons of character to your kitchen. Storage is very good and I really like the beverage station, however, it’s not always super easy to scoop up ice from the two drawers. Overall, very happy.

Excellent design. Keeps food at recommended temperatures. Icemaker makes ice in small bits and regular size. My wife really enjoys modifying the appearance of the outside by choosing the panels that matches her kitchen.

Beautiful refrigerator … panels are rose pink in color…runs quietly… so much room, can finally see exactly what I have in there!!! So happy with my Samsung Bespoke purchase!

We love this refrigerator. We didn’t have much space between our island and fridge, so we went with a counter depth fridge. The custom panels are really nice, and we get lots of compliments on the fridge. One of our favorite features is the dual ice. You can also convert the bottom right side to a freezer or regular refrigerator cooling.

Love it! It’s my favorite fridge thus far in life. And it’s a Samsung. We’ve never been a fan before but are now.
