I purchased the Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door refrigerator in white gloss mainly because of the space in my kitchen—the previous owner had a similar model, so this was really the only option that fit. The design is beautiful, the glossy finish is sleek, and I love the beverage center and flexible storage options. It makes the kitchen feel modern and high-end. That said, I’ll be honest—I’m a little nervous. That last Samsung fridge only lasted about 8 years and had a lot of issues, especially with the ice maker. I’ve read that some of those problems still exist with newer models, so I worry about long-term reliability. Overall, I’m happy with the look and features, and it fits perfectly in my space. I just hope Samsung has truly improved durability this time around, because I really do love everything else about it.

I love this! My family love putting music, no hands to open the doors. This fit much better then my old fridge. It’s beautiful. On the other note, if you have children please move the fridge where the doors won’t hit near the it. Just a suggestion.

One of the positive aspects is the automated doors that makes it easy access. Big screen and internal cameras that allow access externally and get better prepared for inventory

Amazing product. Only thing is I noticed there is a excesive moisture at the door where the water pitcher and dispenser is located . Dont know if this is a common issue for this unit. Need some advice with this.

Best refrigerator I’ve had for a long time . Love the elegant look with all appliances matching

I spent extra money to have this in black and fingerprint resistant, well the black is gorgeous but it’s definitely not finger print resistant, which is very disappointing, I would’ve purchased a different one if I had know that was the case , other wise the fridge gets the job done . There is xtra condensation in the water area and the slide out drawer , can’t seem to find the reason for that so I’m constantly wiping it off .
