I will never purchase anything from Beat Buy again. They delivered a refrigerator that didn’t work. Would not come pick it up for nine days. Didn’t offer any other solution and customer service was rude and didn’t care. I bought this same refrigerator from Home Depot and it’s great. Stay away from Best Buy

The refrigerator meets all are needs. It is a compliment to our kitchen. The brightness on the inside makes it easy to find what you want. The grocery list reminds you what you have or what you need to replace. the auto door opener is helpful when hands are full. One of the main features we wanted was the water inside. The water pitcher is a great asset. Easy to clean. More than glad that we purchased this product.

I was disappointed with this sale. I bought an open box and was mislead throughout this entire process. Salesman told me that doors were uneven due to assembly and could be adjusted after delivery. The technician came and stated the frame was bent and could not be repaired. I was okay until I tried to get a replacement. I was told by the salesman that if I got the warranty that if anything happens and refrigerator can’t be repaired, I would get a new replacement but he fail to mention I have to pay the difference of the cost as relate to out of box vs new. If upset because I wasn’t told all of the nuances of buying out of the box. I was just disappointed with the entire experience. Not to mention this is the second time I have a horrible experience with an item purchased at Best Buy,
