Pros: - Fridge is very large. Lots of drawers and shelves. - The two types of ice are more handy than I initially thought. The nugget ice is really cool for people who like to chew ice and for cooling down warm drinks quickly. - Very quiet operation. I can barely hear the compressor. - WiFi is pretty neat! I like getting notifications on my phone if I leave the door open. - This fridge has INSANE cooling power. My previous fridges always took a long time to cool down after putting in warm groceries. But this fridge barely changes temperature. You can hear the compressor kick in harder to compensate. Cons: - Freezer has a bit of a squeak to it when you open it. Seems weird for a brand new unit. - Autofill pitcher VERY EXPENSIVE to replace. I don't know how Samsung justifies charging $150 for a small plastic pitcher. So take care of the one you get. - Ice maker is pretty slow so you may run out of ice if you have a big family. You can use the power freeze function to speed it up but it shuts off automatically after a few hours. - Since they included a second set of drawers, the only place you can store sodas is the top shelf (or on the door shelves but that adds a lot of weight to the doors). If you move the middle shelf up one slot, then you can store them on the bottom, but then you lose the ability to store larger items on the middle shelf. I would have preferred just one set of drawers. for extra shelf space. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. The only thing I would change is skipping the autofill pitcher option. It would have saved me money and it's not as useful as I thought it would be.

We have had our refrigerator for nearly 2 years now and love it more than we did on the showroom floor. It is spacious enough to put a pizza box on the shelf. The built-in water pitcher is handy and refills quickly. I especially love how I can use clean and filtered water to make my iced tea, easily and without any hassle. There is plenty of room to put condiments (and wine) on the inside on the doors. The freezer is absolutely wonderful. The built-in ice compartment is so handy and refills quickly. The basket style freezer provides much room and is spacious enough to put in a full ham or turkey! Did I say how much we love this product?! We LOVE it!

Not only did I receive awesome customer service from Steve at the Madison Heights location!!! I have an Outstanding refrigerator!!! It’s providing more than enough space for our family of five!!! It’s quiet, sturdy and makes delicious water!!! Not to mention the best ice bites ever!!! I put my cup with ice in the refrigerator & did not expect the ice to still be in my cup the next day!!! I’m so overwhelmed with the quality of this Samsung-Bespoke 30 cu. ft 3-French door refrigerator!!!

This Fridge is very spacious and a lot of shelves, which don't diminish the space usage at all. Really like the two types of ice it makes and it is very quiet compared to our old LG Fridge when it started to make the ice. Definitely recommend the Fridge! You won't regret your purchase too.... Did I mention you can change the color of the front panels... How cool is that!!!

Very large and spacious fridge. It comes with a water dispenser on the inside that almost instantaneously refills once the door closes. All the racks are adjustable and there are 4 different drawers to help keep fruit and vegetables fresh. The freezer drawer has 3 total bins (4 if you remove the ice maker). The space is large, but because it's an open bin, you end up stacking items on top of each other. Would recommend getting an organizer or divider to better utilize the space. The fridge does look big on the outside. If you have a tight space that would exactly fit the fridge, I would suggest checking your sides when fully opening the door. If you're right against a counter top, the door may hit the counter if the fridge isn't far out (forward) enough.

Definitely a lot of refrigerator room. The water container in door is nice. Ice maker is a little slow to make ice and yes scooping out ice with plastic scoop seems loud but it is nice having scoop holder built in. Would of liked more freezer room and maybe quicker ice production, maybe have just one size ice which will give a little more freezer space. I knew what we were buying and we are very happy with it and no regrets. Also everyone that has seen it says all great compliments on style/looks. Maybe 4.5 over all but will adjust as time goes on

I absolutely love my refrigerator!!! I love the sleek design The choice of ice and water being hidden inside is fantastic! I’m pretty picky about the taste of my water and the filtered pitcher water is delicious. The ice bits cools down drinks super quickly. There’s ton of space for everything. The filter is in an easy to change spot. The shelves and drawers are easy to remove and put back for deep cleaning. It’s on wheels so I can mop the area and keep it dust free. The controls are easy to get to but at the same time out of the way. I know you can get colors but I just went with stainless steel to match my other appliances.

I am very content with this purchase! Spacious, everything works fine, and the glass panels are definitely a plus, making it look very nice and also serving as a memo board!

We love our new Samsung BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with AutoFill Water Pitcher with white glass door panels. The water is always ready when we need it, the pitcher is full having been immediately refilled upon use with filtered water. The layout for grocery items both in the frig and the freezer is wonderful. Having two (2) kinds of ice being made automatically is a real treat and with the scoop handy we can get out whichever type of ice we need quickly. Temperatures are holding very well in both the frig and freezer.

Love our new fridge. So spacious and clean looking. My son loves the ice maker and my other son loves the water pitcher inside the fridge.

Love this thing! Love the internal refilling pitcher and the ice maker with the little scoop. It’s big and spacious, but fits perfectly where I need it, and goes perfectly in our kitchen.

This is a great refrigerator if you like to cook. Lots of space is available and is flexible. We love having two types of ice and the deep freezer drawers. The refrigerator drawers are great for produce, cans, cheese, and more!

This fridge is fantastic! We have the 3 door. It is very easy to clean. The location of the ice maker allows for so much more space in the fridge and the ice station in the bottom freezer is great, no mess and easy for the kids to scoop up ice. The automatic water refill is awesome, it fills up fast and I like the filter feature for water and mint. Kids love to use the dry eraser markers to decorate the fridge, and play hangman. I highly recommend.

This refrigerator is amazing! Lots of space, I really like the two sizes of ice. The family likes the filtered water pitcher. The best feature is the alarm that sounds when the door isn’t closed.

I love this fridge! Very sleek, customizable and super spacious for my family of 5! The only thing that bums me out is that the doors dont always fully close on their own, but the app lets me know if the refrigerator is open so that is very helpful! I absolutely LOVE the auto-fill pitcher and the fact that you can infuse your water. I would definitely recommend this item to a friend.

Great fridge, very spacious and love the self filling water pitcher inside. The beverage station is worh the money and the ice maker is fantastic!
