Best Buy's website is misleading!!! It doesn't state that the grey glass is a matte finish. Because it is a matte finish, it is not Fingerprint Resistant Finish what so ever as advertised!!! Best Buy needs to update their website to reflect the accurate glass finish as listed on Samsung's website per the screen shot I uploaded.

Avoid this over priced piece of crap! Had the compressor go out twice just after the fridge was over a year old, lost over $800 worth of food and was without a refrigerator for over a month while I haggled with them on getting it fixed. You'd be better off going to a second hand refrigerated store and buying something from 1980

Be prepared to wait an indeterminant amount of time for this product to ship to you. Our refrigerator took two months to arrive and then the panels took another three. Best Buy provides no support at all once the sale is closed. You are on your own to track the shipments. The glass panels themselves are very nice and seem durable. Easy to clean.

They arrived almost 2 months later after refrigerator was delivered. A BestBuy representative told me on a phone call that a discount was going to be given for the inconvinience and as today nothing has happened. Currently Lowes when you buy the refrigerator panels are free. I had to purchase 2 other panels since the once bestbuy sold me dont match the other samsung appliances I purchase.

It's been over 4 months and still don't have this panel. It was originally supposed to have arrived in May and kept getting pushed back. The top 2 panels took 2 months and arrived undamaged and I installed them myself. What I did notice is they are not the same color as my real Samsung stainless steel stove. Furthermore, they are soft. I put a kitchen magnet on the panel and when it moved it scratched the panel. I used auto polish and managed to remove the finer scratches. The deeper ones are hardly perceptible but its still very disappointing. I'm very worried about this panel as I have 3 huskies and they can scratch the bottom panel ruining it. When it arrives I think I'll just leave the protective plastic on it.

We've been waiting 2 months for this refridgerator and when it got here this panel was bent. It's usable but looks tacky and cheap. Now we have to wait another 2 months for the replacemnt. Really bad service.

This is a perfectly fine product. It’s a panel in the color you choose. DO NOT ORDER IT FROM BEST BUY. You can get them from many other retailers, including the manufacturer directly, for the same price. I was rescheduled a half dozen times, often the day of or after sitting around waiting, only to be explicitly lied to by Best Buy customer service saying they were on the way or some mysterious warehouse issue came up.
