My review is based on Best Buys terrible customer service, not the actual product. I ordered 2 of these and only one was delivered. Best Buy keeps rescheduling a new appointment and each time it never gets delivered. This product is useless with just one panel. Whenever I call I cannot get anyone to help me where I actually get the second panel. I have had 4 appointments on a weekly basis now and each time it never shows up. I cannot keep taking days off to trust Best Buy will actually follow through. Very annoying, I will NEVER purchase from Best Buy again.

Love the color . But this is not available on the fridge that I want. Ended up to order this but eventually cancel bec the fridge not available even after rescheduling for several time

We haven’t put them on yet so far so good. We purchased a model on clearance that had dents and had to buy these extra.

The product is great and exactly what we wanted. We weren’t happy that it took 11 months from ordering and 6 months from delivery to get this panel.
