Do not purchase any of these Samsung stoves with these grates. They are brittle and break after only a couple years of use. Samsung refuses to replace these defective grates and a single replacement grate costs $200. Extremely disappointed

It was a open box but it didnt come with the oven racks , you call Best Buy customer service and they tell you its a open box and some parts could be missing. You would communicate that the racks are missing if you are going to resell it.
