I am so happy with this refrigerator. There was great difficulty in getting it up into our second floor kitchen, but the builder finally got it in place after Best Buy delivery couldn’t. It holds a lot & the white glass front is attractive & blends with our white appliances even though it is a greyish white. The surface hides fingerprints but I can see them in the right light but is easy to clean with glass cleaner. I have no problem with the automatic door opening feature as it makes it easier to open these somewhat heavy doors. One reviewer mentioned that he didn’t like that they both might open when he is trying to open one & stay open, but mine automatically shuts if you don’t open it right away. I have always had an outside on the door water & ice dispenser & was worried about not liking it inside the doors. I love this feature. There is a magic water pitcher that automatically fills with filtered water as soon as it is set back into its place & there is also a dispenser you can hold a container to get water. The pitcher makes so easy to fill something like a Keurig coffee maker & the pitcher fills back up fast. It has easy to access ice bins giving you small ice cubes & a little larger cubes with a scoop. Again, this is another easy to use feature of this Bespoke side by side refrigerator. I appreciate how cold it keeps our food, the room it has in it , and how well it freezes food. I am very happy with it & hope it continues to work well. I have been using it for 3 months.

Is it possible to love an appliance because I’m in love with Sami, as we call her. I love the styling and features of this fridge from Samsung. First it is awesome that the water dispenser and ice maker on inside. Our old fridge foot nasty bacteria in water dispenser and family burned motor out on ice dispenser trying to get it to dispense ice when empty. The interior ice maker on this fridge is at adult chest level and makes 2 sizes of ice with a scoop !! Less chance of burning out motor!! Ice machine relatively quiet. The design of doors, shelves and drawers is great, the side doors can hold larger bottles like wine or juices/milk. Hands free doors are amazing once you get used to them but what a feature to reduce smudges! It looks high tech and modern and you can even load smart app to warn you if doors open etc. I used to have panic attacks that our old fridge doors were open because a couple times it did happen!

This was a replacement for an older, larger Samsung fridge. I downsized a bit and miss some of the freezer storage, but I love the fingerprint resistant finish and the lighter size. The craft ice is nice, not noisier than usual. Controls are accessible and easy to use and the doors are easy to grasp with the auto pop-out feature making it even easier. I haven't used the beverage center yet, but it's really nice looking. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

I love the sleek look of this fridge! It looks great in a kitchen with white cabinets because it doesn’t cut off the “flow” of the room by being a big bulky silver thing. The ice options are nice. The two down sides of the fridge are not having an ice dispenser- you use a little shovel tk get the ice, which everyone in touching with their hands so who knows what germs you introduce into your ice (especially if you have kids). My other comment would be on the autofill water jug- while i LOVE this feature, sometimes you literally cannot remove it from the fridge. It just gets stuck. Other than that i love this fridge and overall I’m happy with my purchase! Best Buy also had the best pricing around with available stock

Love tge touch open concept really helps when you have things in your hands, good size for our small family doesnt hold a big turkey pan But most side by sides dont i like the ice maker features overall good value for cost stainles steel much better looking than white version

I loved automatic door open sensor that makes easy to open doors. Also very quiet ice maker.

My very old fridge was broken and no longer repairable so needed a new fridge. My home warranty offered me a specific GE model as a replacement or some cash to buy my own. I am so glad I took the cash and bought the Samsung through Best Buy. It is a sharp looking fridge, with plenty of space, a s several nice features like the beverage center, ice maker, WiFi connectivity for monitoring and making setting changes. To top it all off Best Buy got it to me fast and did an excellent job with the delivery and installation. Highly recommend and will update the review after I’ve had it for a few months.

About this unit to use inside of a enclosed trailer conversion, that being said I travel into the mountains and this unit survived all the bouncing and banging around. I have a another Samsung with the screen and this unit is built with twice the quality. Maybe it's because it's a side by side. And the other one is not. I like that the water dispensers inside keeping the outside cleaner looking I also use the picture to fill up my coffee maker, and my wife loves the ice and the amount it makes per day. One of the features that I could live without but is still cool is the power opening doors. You probably need it because this unit does seal pretty tight.

Plenty of space, indoor water feature is great. The freezer keeps a tray of two different types of ice. It's also a smart fridge that links to your phone. It will send you an alert if the door is left open. I would recommend this product.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It keeps everything nice and cold and fresh. There is so much storage room. I store enough food for a family of five and then some. The water pitcher automatically refills itself. The filtered water taste better than any bottled water available. The front panels of the fridge are glass and can be written on with dry erase markers. We use it as a memo board! The ice machine makes small and regular size ice cubes and is always full! Have had it for two years now and still loving this fridge.

This Bespoke Samsung side by side is beautiful refrigerator.The doors open with sensors to touch. The freezer has shelves on the door because the ice machine and container is inside. The two different sizes of ice are easily accessible. The refrigerator side has automatic water refill in a pitcher. There are only two bins and the lower bin is considerably smaller because of the water filter. I like the ability to adjust the temperature of freezer and refrigerator. So far the refrigerator is working well.

We have loved the so far. I love the water container fills up in the door. So much room. Classy looking.

This is the best refrigerator I've ever owned, but not my first Samsung. I love the ice maker that takes up no room with a dispenser in the door (which often freezes up and plugs up and requires lots of attention and maintenance.) and the ice maker itself takes up a lot less room than one of those that has to dump ice into the dispenser in the door, which takes up 1/3 of the door space. My favorite feature is the cold water dispenser and water jug in the door. It's so much fun to fill a glass with ice cold water and put some flavoring in it, then return the jug to the door receptacle and it fills again automatically. The only feature this refrigerator lacks is a crisper drawer, which makes no sense because they don't cost any more to make than a standard plastic drawer. We love this refrigerator and would buy it again. I also like the glass front because I draw pictures of my dogs on it with a dry-erase marker. The glass is easy to clean and doesn't show fingerprints like the stainless steel ones do nor the black refrigerators.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! The beverage center is amazing it’s hidden on the inside!!! This comes with a built in water pitcher, great if you love to infuse water with fruit herbs etc. it’s great! Also less finger prints is always a plus as I have 3 kids I’ve found myself cleaning the face of the fridge less from the water dispenser and finger prints unlike the last fridge. Last this fridge is spacious freezer too as well!

So here I am writing a review after having this fridge for only 2 years!! Bought June/2023 paid over $1600 for it and it is now Sept/2025 and both the fridge and freezer have stopped working!! Made a loud humming/buzzing noise prior to that! Of course I JUST passed the “2 yr” warranty mark!! The fridge itself is really nice looking and I can use dry erase on the front for notes, memos and grocery lists!! We kept it in the kitchen for daily use. The ice maker when it WAS working, put out regular cubes and “bits”!! The fridge has a water pitcher that refills on its own and an option to fill it yourself or fill your own cup or bottle up! Prior to this week, I enjoyed my fridge and had no issues but 2 years is too short to have an expensive fridge go out!! I really had higher expectations especially for it to be a Samsung product!! I’ll be paying to get it looked at and hopefully it’s covered under their 5yr “sealed system” warranty or their 10 yr “digital inverter compressor” warranty because I should NOT be having fridge issues after just TWO years!!! I had to go out and buy a back up fridge with working freezer bc I have breastmilk that would’ve gone to waste and I can’t just go to the grocery store to replace that!!! This is so frustrating especially being on maternity leave with no income!! Two stars Samsung!! Two!! Had it not gone out… maybe 5!!!

Great fridge overall. Love the pourer inside the fridge. Super convenient, also love the ice. My one complaint is things in the freezer are super frozen.. which is great except when it comes to ice cream you’re trying to scoop LOL. We have it set to the highest (hottest?) temp the freezer will allow and still ultra frozen

I love my refrigerator very simple and cheek. Love the water dispenser being inside. It also comes with a pitcher that automatically refills with water when needed. I wish it would have come with a deli storage and with a butter and egg dispenser. Love love the ice maker.
