As others have said, it does not provide protection for 3 of 4 sides. It does protect screen and back and is a nice stand. If I had to buy a case, this would not be it. It was a free add-on with the S5e I purchased.

I was looking for something that would serve as both a protective cover for and stand for my Galaxy Tab S5e tablet. This cover fulfills the task very capably. It holds the tablet in place magnetically so the cover is easy to install and remove. The cover protects the back and when closed, the screen of the tablet. When open, the front cover folds back on itself and forms the stand. The stand allows two positions. In the upright position the tablet is in the ideal position for media viewing and allows it to stand on my nighttable; where I use it for a sleep aid and as a morning alarm. Turned the other way, the tablet is more horizontal and in a perfect position to use for note taking on the virtual keyboard. The only reason I downgraded my rating was the price, it's a bit dear for what you get. If you can catch it on special, it's worth jumping on.

Any mobile device should have some sort of protection and the Samsung Galaxy TAB S5e no exception. I like that it attaches itself with magnets and utilizes sleep mode with magnets as well. My only complaint about this Book Cover for Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is the 70 dollar price tag, again which is no fault of BestBuy. But then again a 70 dollar protective cover versus the cost of fixing something on the tablet perhaps is worth the expense.

I really like the way this fits and attaches. It is very light and thin. It provides good protection and. Very little bulk. Love it!

This cover is a perfect fit for the Samsung S5e tablet. It doesn't cover any ports or sensors. The tablet is held in place by the magnetic case and is very secure. There is no way to release the tablet without some effort. While it is pricey, it's about the only real game in town.

When I first opened the cover, I felt it was very thin. The cover is really good for everyday protection and holds the tablet well. No slippage or movement. Does fold at the sections to help hold the tablet at angle or standing up so do not have to hold the whole time. Not sure if will fully protect from a drop. Have not had that experience.

This cover fits my new Galaxy Tab S5e absolutely perfectly. It's a little pricier than other generic options, but the build quality is solid and is very lightweight.

Fits my tablet correctly. I was hoping it was a little thicker than what it is. The stand works properly and I am happy about that. All in all this is a good cover for my Samsung Tablet S5e

So I purchased this for my S5e and it fits perfect but doesn't cover the corners. Instead of snapping in like the S2's or wrapping around the edges like the S4. It's a magnetic. It hasn't just come off and seems to hold ok but I haven't dropped it to see what would happen and don't plan too.

I recently purchased this tablet. It works beautifully. The form factor is very thin, and it is slippery. It feels "dense" - a lot packed into this slim thing of beauty. I had to be very careful to make sure it did not slip out of my hand. I looked at a variety of after-market covers. They looked thick, and I was unsure of the attachment. I saw the Samsung cover, it was more expensive, but kept the slim form factor. I bought it when BB had them on sale, and I am so glad I did. The attachment is magnetic -- tablet and cover sort of snap together. I have never had it come loose, and with the cover, I have not dropped the tablet. Attractive, keeps the slim form factor, and works perfectly.

I'm glad I didn't pay for this and it was free with the tablet because while the quality is typical for Samsung products and it is well made, it provides only screen protection. If that's what you're looking for, it will do well for that. And it does add next to nothing to the size of the tablet. Magnetic hold is good. However, if I'm buying a case for my tablet, I don't want just screen protection, so I bought one that has a snap in cover as well for corner and side protection. I gave it three stars, because while it's a good product, I feel a cover case should provide more than just screen protection, especially for the MSRP for this particular cover. It really should provide corner and side protection too.

It is thin, easy to control though at times difficult to open, and the connection to the tablet is magnetized. If the tablet is moved too hard it will slightly offset. Nice magnetized edge on the part that props the unit up, very nice. My problem is, I am very concerned about the tablet dropping. My other tab cover fully enclosed it and I dropped it a hundred times with no effect. Not sold on the ability of this cover to do the same. If you never really move your tablet around this may be the cover for you. If you are active and take it everywhere, I would not recommend this cover. Also, wayyy too expensive for what you get. Would be better at $24.95 and so, all considered, 3 Stars.

Easy to slip on, the best feature is the folded back front cover can bend and sticks to the back with a very strong magnet. props up great for watching videos and watching video games.

Protects tablet really well. Allows to stand up when in a restaurant/rest stop. Quick magnetic disconnect for when I need to mount the tablet somewhere else.

This cover makes it so much easier to hold the tablet securely. it snaps into place easily -- no fumbling to get it on the tablet. And it protects the tablet when not in use.

Definitely not the most protective. Only two angles. Kinda pricey. Only reason I prefer same brand case is precision cut outs.

Is flimsy compared to my old Samsung Tab A cover. Cover does not stay on my new Samsung Tablet.
