Only Tab with S pen cover found on short notice, so had doubts on how it would work. Used on a trip throughout China. Worked superbly entire time. Great protection, fit, ease of use and fairly priced. Very happy with purchase and product.

I really like it with my tablet. Great fit and quality! The only con is the price.

Having owned the Tab A 9.7 with S Pen and the Samsung cover for it, I'm a little disappointed that this cover doesn't measure up to the one for the previous model. Most of the time the magnetic attachment of the tablet to the new book cover is fine, but if you put the tablet horizonal and use the case as a stand, the magnetic connection can be weak. The Tab has slipped a couple of times. Further, in stand mode, the cover now only allows for two positions instead of the continuous positioning of the previous. Would I recommend it? Yes, as I did not see anything out there that seemed better. But while Microsoft Surface Pro has come forward in the way they allow their device to be continuously positioned, Samsung has taken a giant step backwards with the cover in limiting one to only two positions. The materials are nice, even if I did have a personal preference for the cloth cover for my 9.7. I'm glad I upgraded the tablet. The new one is faster, much faster, seems to have a better Wi-Fi antenna, and has a better screen, even if 16:10 isn't my first choice in screen geometry. But while the device has moved decisively forward, the book cover has taken a small step backward.

The protection it gives is ok, not outstanding and it looks nice. Not recomended for kids. A problem with it is the magnet to attach it to the tablet, because it also catches other metalic stuff.

This cover is super thin, sleek, very minimal held by magnetism. Although i dont think it will do much for protection if it fell but does its basic job as a tablet cover. The only drawback is the price.

It does what it needs to - protects the tablet. What more could you want from a case.

Well designed, durable and fits perfeft on my samsung tablet.. the only part I dont like is that the tablet is attached to the case via magnets so its subject to a drop ftom it....

i got this case and upon first opening it i was a little underwhelmed. it didn't seem all that sturdy or durable but it fits tightly.(as its magnetized) the case is nothing special but seems okay and like it could protect the tablet in case of accidental dropping.

The heavy duty magnets are the main reason that I love this cover. My tablet sticks tightly and securely in this cover so there are no worries about the tablet falling out. Two levels of the stand...high and low. And when the tablet stands up in this cover, it stays up.

Fits well and provides good protection. Easy to use once you get familiar with the magnetic catch to hold the cover in place when open.

I really like that when you close the cover the magnet somehow turns off the screen on the tablet right away no need to push any buttons, good protective case.

Fits perfectly, provides easy access to all controls, and looks very nice. I've had other covers, buy like this one the best.

I was initially very skeptical about the magnetic connection for this cover's attachment to the tablet so I tried to find alternatives. I'm not sue why but there aren't that many decent options out there as of now. I finally gave in and tried it and I am very impressed with it! Obviously, everyone's apprehension is the strength of the magnet, right? I have attached a picture to show just how strong it is. I also went a step further, shook it and was not able to get the tablet to drop off! Please note this test was conducted with the WHOLE backside of the tablet covered with the cover (for lack of a better phrase.) In the stand mode, about half of the rear is exposed as a section of the cover folds to be used as the prop for the tablet. The magnetic bond ISN'T as strong in this setup due to a lesser magnetic area of attachment and the tablet can slide off if pushed. I'm assuming the reasoning here is that once propped to view something, there's less likelihood of something/someone pushing it to cause this slip? This cover will not protect against corner scuffs etc. but for a sleek and functional (auto wake/screen off) cover, this is more than adequate. There's another model out there for the Tab A 10.1 without the S-pen that's narrower than this; just make sure you pay attention to the model you need depending on the tablet you have!

I went to the store but fiund they had nothing that would fit my 10 inch tablet. The sales assoc. Looked and found this online so I had him order and ship to my home. When it arrived, i foind t to be thin, poorly made and held in by ommly the magnet in the tablet back. Slides around, camera cut out is pointless since the tablet moves out of position. And no protection at all. I returned it to the store within 10 minutes of the mail carrier dropping it off. I ended up buying an armored cover from amazon. Fits perfectly, solid and i never worry about dropping it.
