Really good phone I buy as a gift for my mom. She love it.

i did not like this phone, or the fact it was all plastic in fact i returned it within a day or two of purchasing it and went back to using my 8 year old iphone 6s. In my opinion this phone's battery drained way to quickly when barely using it, and it has so many things running on it that you cant turn off or disabled in any way that it slows the phones performance down significantly when barely doing anything on it, when it already suffers from a slight bit of display sluggishness. I didn't rate it a one star because it might be a good fit for some people at the price it is, its just not for me or my habits. This phone does have some nice accessories that you can buy for it like the (ZAGG Defense Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy A13 LTE ) which features scratch and fingerprint resistant InvisibleShield Glass+ and a limited lifetime warranty. and the ( UAG - Scout Case for Samsung Galaxy A13 4G ) This is a hardshell case with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. photo of case and phone below

Great fast phone with the benefit of a great processor and modern amenities like USB-C.

I use it as a back up phone. Phone is ok for simple tasks but not to be primary phone for heavy use. Very glitchy and slow with a lot of apps.

I recommend not to buy this phone. as per best buy site it says it is compatible to many carrier. I checked on TMobile and it is not... it took significant amount of time to raise the issue. I am not sure if I get my money refunded. It was my first purchase as i moved to the US recently... i my experience is really bad. Best Buy customer care experience is equally bad... they say chat transcript will be sent by email... more than an hour, i dont see chat transcript...checked spam and junk folder as well... NOT a GOOD experience though.

This a nice phone for your basic needs. Its runs the lastest Andriod 12 uodate along Samsungs latest One UI 4.1 update. It has a extra upgrades from the 5G version. The biggest upgrade is the display. Its 10x better than the display on the Galaxy A13 5G and the Galaxy A32 5G. It's a 1080p screen with grear colors. The phone has dual sim abd both sim slots actually work. Now here are the downgrades. The storage is limited to 32GB, the total ram is limited to 3GB. The phone isnt slow by any means. Ive already received one updatr from Samsung that address performance issues. Now the phone runs much better than it did out the box. Ive added a 128GB, the updated software also features Samsung's Ram plus feature that lets boost your total ram. So that helps with performance. The battery life is amazing, I average 8-10 screen on hours daily. It does feature quick charge (no charger in the box, only the cable) but I have an 18w fast charger already. The cameras are great. Better than the a13 5g. This phone has a wide angle camera, unlike the A13 5G. Overall it's a decent price phone for the price. It has many perks. So im happy with it.

Affordable phone, the only problem I have is low storage which slows the phone down but I only paid $250 for it and I've had it for like a year and a half now. Great phone for the price.

My iPhone 7 plus crashed and i bought this as an emergency until my new Iphone arrived and i was quite pleased. Takes great pictures, a little slow but all in all it worked great and im still using it and its been 10 months

I bought this device for my father, he old man, and he was very happy with it and easy to use. He did not face any problem with this device, it is light in weight, and the camera was good..

Perfect smartphone for everyday use and international travel. Phone takes 2 nano SIM cards plus MicroSD for extra storage. Also has large 6.5 inch FHD display. Battery lasts about 2 days with moderate use.

Very handy phone. Nice to hold. Scroll and camera is also good. Only drawback is it is not 5g.
