In expensive and all my necessary needs were fulfilled. Easy to use and multifunctional.

The phone doesnt work. The power button wont do anything. I cant turn it on, i cant do anything at all. Even worse, even though i started the return the same day i got the phone and it said i had 30 days, my first day that i didnt have to work i finally go in and they told me its out of policy im too late. But its been two weeks. Dont buy this phone. Youre better off getting a brand new phone from a retailer. I cant believe they sent me a non working broken phone and wont even make it right

I had the phone for 18 days. The glass shattered without dropping it or hitting it. I assume the glass was broken before I bought it and was missed in the inspection. BestBuy automation blocks any inquiry. I can't get a human. Extremely poor service. Repair is the same cost as the phone. I should not have to pay for a repair on an obviously defective phone.

I purchased this phone thinking refurbished meant repaired but it was not properly repaired before it was sold and now it’s too late to get it fixed or return it.

I bought this phone, and the saddest part is that it only lasted 27 days and now it doesn't work. Samsung doesn't provide a warranty; you're forced to buy one from the store it's really disappointing.

Don't waste your money and time, got it less than 50 days and drop it and it won't work again and samsung refuses to fix it or refund
