I love these because they are the only wireless headphones that actually look good in your ears. like good enough to be worn as jewelry, but make sure you get the warranty because they keep breaking or not connecting. one earbud just wont connect and I cant find a way to fix this I just had to trade them in. I've had to trade then in for new ones twice and the second time had to pay full price for refurbished ones. but sill I only use these ones because I think all other Bluetooth headphones are hideous especially the Samsung beans lol. and they don't feel cheep like Raycons.

Left ear bud stopped working after item expired. Loved the app and earbuds until earbud stopped. Did everything that was suggested by website, but no fix. My purchase date was 06/09/2019. I would re evaluate if buds were replaced. Thank you.

I've tried with these headphones but can't seem to get a solid connection while moving. They sound decent although lack on the low end. Fit comfortably and look good. The battery life is good and I like the wireless charging. Everytime I try to mow, walk, or jog with them on they cut in and out. I've downloaded software updates to no avail. I should've returned them. I've always been a big fan of Samsung products but these were very disappointing.

I really wanted to love these but they have a major connectivity flaw. I paired them with my Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20 and my Galaxy watch 3. You would think that three Samsung devices together would work flawlessly together but my experience was not quite that. Pros: - Love the wireless charging case. Works great with my Samsung wireless charging base - Initial connection to phone or watch is very fast. - Great battery life Cons - This one is a killer for me and ultimately caused me to replace them with another brand. I was unable to have my phone in my pocket whille exercising and listen to music. The buds would constantly cut in and out driving me absolutely crazy rendering them totally useless. I even tried all of the various suggested remedies like switching the codec, resetting the bluetooth, etc.

At first when I purchased these headphone compared to my regular amazon headphones these things were the best. Two weeks after the excitment wore off I notice the battery life is not that long. Everyone I talked to say I sound muffled. The sound quality is just ok. My skull plugin headphones sound better than these things. After having the bluetooth headphones for about a two in a half weeks. I gave them to my 11 year old and purchased some beats. Now that review is a 10 the sound is better, the battery life is awesome and nobody complains that I sound muffled. So dont waste your time with these YES the beats are more , but they are worth it.

I got these for special occassion usage, for times when I wanted something more isolating than my Airpods. These join my Airpods as the only on/in ear form factors that I can tolerate without intense pressure pain. I loved the sound quality. I babied these thing; only used them 2 times, with clean ears, in a sparkling environment, for a few recorded short stories. *Before continuing, i want to state that I did immediately find and apply the proper solution for the following detailed issue, so don't dismiss this critical review yet. On my third use, the right Bud was stricken by the a deafening buzz that roared continuously, at full volume. The left Bud had disconnected. Nothing logical that I tried would solve the issue. Finally, I found a mention of the error online. I reset the earbuds to default and the hideous buzzing stoped. However, the right Bud speaker appears to have been damaged. It is decibels more quiet than the left, and even worse, sounds like it has blown out. Anything slightly bassy that passes through it merely flatulates, and the treble crackles. Not only that, the actual buzz that erupted was extremely loud -- loud enough to affect my hearing briefly. Because I used these sparingly, and stupidly trusted the product's quality to reflect its price point, i was past my Best Buy return date when this occurred.

I love the fit in the ears for these. I have oddly shaped inner ears and therefore most buds don’t fit well in my ears. The quality of them were awful in my opinion. They didn’t go but so loud. They were very sensitive to touch so even scratching my ear would affect them and cut them off or on. People that I was having phone convos with couldn’t hear me well so I repeated myself more than I wanted to. Just not the best recommendation.

I bought these for my wife to use with her IPhone. They were easy to pair and felt good in the ear but the volume was not good. I turned the volume up as high as it would go, and the sound was still too low and the Bass seemed mediocre at best. I returned them to the store and purchased the AirPods. She loves them and the quality is fantastic.

I purchsed this for a mother's day gift. My wife loved them at first. Then the issues began about 3 months ago. First the left bud stopped working. It wouldnt charge or turn on. After a week, it came back on suddenly. Then the following day, both buds wouldnt connect to her galaxy 8. I couldn't located the pair on my galaxy 10. A few days later, the right bud was working again. We searched the website and found this was a common problem with the silver buds. The problem continued in a cycle. One bud working *always the left, no buds working, one bud not charging, unable to locate the buds, and so on... We went back to the Samsung website and a rep told us the only solution was to send them to a Samsung repair shop. One is not located in our area. Frustrated my wife ended up buying a pair of skull candy wireless buds. She would not recommend this product and refused to get another pair of Samsung buds.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 phone, Samsung Gear S3 watch and the Samsung name has so far has been synonymous with quality. Not anymore, these earbuds are horrible. Bought them Saturday, will be returning them as soon as Best Buy opens on Monday. Sound is of poor quality when they work, even with the bass turned up the sound is still tinny with very little oomph. Oddly enough I noticed that while in my apartment and with my phone connected to wifi the headphones work fine. But the second I decide to go for a walk around the neighborhood these earbuds become problematic. Sound starts cutting out, music does this weird warping effect where it sounds like the buds are trying to catch up to where the song actually is so the music skips forward a second or two, its very weird. I put my phone in my back right pants pocket (regular jeans, not made out of lead). Right bud works about 80 percent of the time, left bud cuts out, staticy reception or just no reception 95 percent of the time and then of course that weird music skipping/warping. Lot of very audible static. Moved my phone to one of my front pockets, no change. While I was on my walk I tried to troubleshoot as much as I could. I have an otterbox case for my phone, took that off to see if that helped the reception at all. It did not. Unpaired and repaired the headphones, same thing, very spotty connection. Only time the buds would play my music at about 90% clarity with minimal interference was when I held my phone right up against my forehead, off to right side, left bud doesn't work, left side, right one doesn't work. So if you want to duct tape your phone right to the middle of your face, these earbuds might be for you. Came home and did a google searching, found that I should probably unpair the buds then clear the bluetooth cache and data from the phone. Gave that a shot, music sounded clear and perfect. Success! right? Wrong. Put my phone in my back pocket again, walked around my apartment, everything sounded perfect. Walked outside to get my mail, about 8 feet from my front door the left earbud started going out again, walked back to my front door, earbud works again. I think these earbuds have been set up to piggyback off wifi if your host device is using that, which is why these buds work flawlessly inside my apartment but the second you want to go walk around outside ....... forget it. For 140 dollars after tax these things should work flawlessly whether the device they are paired to is in my backpack or my back pocket. Both are Samsung devices so there's no reason why I should be having this much trouble. Pass on these things. Take a look through the Samsung forums, tons of people having the exact same issue with these buds: "Basically to get good full reception I have to be holding. My phone in front of me (like I'm using it). Move it to my side (in my hand) and it cuts out." Not acceptable for 140 dollar earbuds.

I purchased these last month Jun 2019. I gave them 1 star because they are loud however, the 3 ear bud attachments don’t fit my ear very well. They also didn’t fit my wife or my 10 yr old either. There also is some sort of problem where the sound and or power goes out. Apparently this is an issue as there is a Samsung Troubleshooting page for this exact problem. When this happens it’s such a headache to resolve because you must reboot the buds and pair again...if the buds cooperate. Takes over 20-30 min to reseller this issue. This happened to me while driving, while on the NYC subways and at the gym. I currently do not use these buds any longer and await to regift them to someone else. I do not recommend these to anyone

I purchased the original galaxy buds when they first came out and I loved them. They were easy to use and pretty good quality. I accidentally washed them twice, once in the case and once out of the case but they still worked perfectly. I lost them so I decided to purchase these. They sound the same. But they take a while to connect and the audio always randomly stops. They have a slightly better battery life but that's about it. I'm tired of having to exit an app multiple times just to get the audio to connect to what I'm watching. Unfortunately I might switch to Apple products :(

Don't buy this samsungs galaxy earbuds! Sound quality for calling is very poor! Useless product for making calls. So useless that know samsung has had to create another version of this product called galaxy + with a third mic. Also the (find my bud) feature lacks volume. Volume is ridiculous you can't hear their location.Iv already lost one and couldn't find it. Lost it the first week of buying product! How the heck did the engineers not see all this issues! Comfort and design - very good . Audio for music - good. Color and fit very nice! Price- to expensive not worth it! Overall- don't buy.

They sound absolutely terrible, like weak twenty dollar headphones. The bass boost setting seems to do nothing whatsoever. I exchanged them for a new pair hoping mine were defective, since everyone else here seems to think they're fantastic. The second pair seems worse.

Unfortunately my left ear bud quit working after a couple months of light use. Samsung was no help, still not even sure if the expert I was texting with wasnt a robot. Mr. Robot only suggested things I told it I already tried. Finally it believed me that it was a hardware issue, but didnt seem to understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic so I didn't want to take it to Bestbuy for the tech to diagnose, I wanted to mail it directly to Samsung to diagnose and hopefully fix or replace. Too bad too, I have nothing but Samsung products, they really let down a great customer.

I am one who likes to listen to music while walking, with these particular ear buds the sound of my music goes in and out, if I turn my head a certain way while walking. I have to carry the phone close to my ear in order for the connection to be perfect. If I am carrying the phone in a side pocket on any workout gear the connection is poor as get back. The one thing I do like is how snug they fit in my ears while walking or jogging

A very good product. The quality of the sound is extremely clear. The pods fit snugly into my ears.

I drive a big truck for a living and an older full-size Ford diesel fro everywhere else. After much research I landed on these Samsung earbuds. And I can tell you these are the worst earbuds I have ever had. First off, call volume even not in a noisy environment is not loud enough for my ears. Which brings me to the second disappointment. In my research it looked like there was a Samsung app for the iOS. After much digging, no there is not. The app that is available does not seem to do much with the earbuds at all. If there is any amount of background ground noise at all, these earbuds are useless. It took me beyond the Best Buy two week return policy to try them out, but when I did the first couple of calls in my work truck no one could hear me. Another call from my personal truck. Same result. I could not be heard or understood. I could hear the caller, but not with great volume or clarity. Had I been able to figure this out prior to the end of the return time, they would’ve gone back immediately. More time went by, I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 6s Plus to an iPhone 11 Pro Max. A couple of more calls, no difference. Now I have an expensive paperweight that I can use to hold papers on my desk at home, but with the compact size and light weight I dare not turn on the ceiling fan for their fear they will fail their job at that. Samsung has always been top-tier in my book. But unless I really missed something in my research, these are overhyped and worthless.
