I'm a great fan of Samsung products but these I'm not happy with. For me the sound quality isn't great and they won't stay in my ear.
I bought from best buy on oct 24th couldn't return after nov 7th. I had only 15 days to return that should've been the red flag. They are comfortable which is a plus and sound quality is good, not great, but it doesn't get as loud as I'd prefer a negative. The real and most important issue is phone calls, the person on the other end can't hear me. Everyone whether they have a Samsung or iPhone say I sound terrible. One friend told me to throw those things in the trash, after spending $130 you can imagine how I felt about that comment. Bestbuy says im past the return date. I contacted Samsung they have offered to send me replacements, hopefully I just got a bad pair, I love Samsung products, but to be totally honest instead of another pair, I'd prefer a credit even if its only at the Samsung store and unable to include bestbuy in the credit. Because I already bought a pair of high end wireless earbuds from another company and though not as comfortable, the sound and call quality that others hear from me is perfect as I'm told. This poor rating is based on terrible call quality from those who hear me or who cant hear me on their end, at $130 price tag and me paying full price, that is totally unacceptable with the quality im getting for the amount I spent.

Great ear buds, excellent connectivity, great sound quality! Love the app that offers many settings and features! After a few weeks of using them, the right bud stop charging and the phone stop connecting to it. Its a shame because they were a good match for my Note 10+. Item was returned

No problem with connecting to my mobile device. The sound quality was great. The volume wasn’t what I thought. It could be louder. They also died way too fast.

I fly a lot for my job and the earbuds do not get loud enough to hear the media playing on my phone. I have the bluetooth and earbuds' volume maxed out. I have the ambient sound feature turned off as well. I have also tried the additional grips and tips included with the ear buds. Nothing I have done including changing my phones developer options has helped. It's a shame that the volume is not loud enough as they are much more comfortable and have a great battery life. Compared to my Sony wired earphones they are much more comfortable; however, the wired earphones can achieve an acceptable volume level.

I'll start my review by saying yes, I knew going in that by using an iPhone I would not be getting all the features that an Android user would have (and by full features, I was thinking device control, adjusting noise cancelling/ambient sound). I will counter with this: You are selling a device used for music and the sound quality should be the best available quality right out of the box. Afterall, Samsung wouldn't sell a 4k TV that out of the box only broadcasts in SD. I am the proud of a pair of Sony WF-1000XM3's and while those are the best bluetooth earbuds I've ever listened to, they're big as hell and I wanted something more compact and comfortable. Enter the Galaxy buds, which multiple reviewers have listed as the only true sound competitor for the Sony. I think Airpods look ridiculous and I refuse to even consider them. The size and fit of these are nearly perfect. The case is small enough to fit in my pocket without adding too much bulk but big enough that I don't feel like i'll easily misplace them or mistake them for floss. The buds themselves fit perfectly in the ear canal. They do not stick out like bolts like the Sony earbuds (they almost recess too much and I've had to dig them out of my ears). I thought these were exactly what I needed until I actually listened to music... Out of the box, these sound like garbage. Where's this bass that I heard so much about? I have an iPhone and I know that Wearables has been removed from the store but I own a Sony Walkman that I use as my main listening device and that runs on Android. I figure I can just download the app and adjust the EQ. NOPE. Device is not compatible with Wearables (the Sony headphone app by the way is compatible but I don't even need the app for those to sound good). So now I've paid over $100 for earbuds that are really no better than a $40 version. No noise cancelling, utterly flat and lifeless sound. These will be returned but I'll still give them two stars for design and comfort. They'll probably be great for an Android user.

I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my grandson. According to him the clarity and deep bass were great. Unfortunately, the left earbud stopped charging in a relatively short time. Fortunately I also purchased the BB extended warranty too. The exchange with the very friendly staff was a snap. Sadly this was repeated three times. As such I cannot recommend these.

I was excited when I got these just to be let down. They charge funny, the volume isn't that loud and the range is funny acting. I literally bought these for my walks and when the phone is in my hand and I am moving the connection is real bad but when I put it in my book-bag (on my back...not that far from my hand) doing the same activity there are no problems.

The fit, sound and comfortablilty in the ear are above average. But the longevity and durability of these earbuds are terrible. In under 5 months of using these earbuds, the right one lost sound. Used my warranty to fix them and 2 months later the problem persisted. I wouldn't recommend as there are cheaper and better quality options on the market.

They sound good...easy to connect...the down fall about these is that they don't stay in your ear if bend over and while just walking they will fall out...I've tried all the ear cushions that came with it and thought they would help but still the same falls out...

I was told that these had really good bass and really good sound and they don't. My AirPods have more bass and a pair of $99 Jam Audio wireless earbuds sound much better. The bass sounds really bad and they have very low volume compared to other wireless earbuds.

After a few months of use. Quality is great for music. battery doesn’t last as long as it did now. Connecting to android phone was much better but to apple device it lacks quality. People have a hard time hearing me.

The batteries last a good while, but they constantly turn off what your listening to and force you to take out your phone t turn them back on. Seeing as these are more expensive than most ear buds, this is a big problem. I didn't buy these to still have to pull out my phone every 10 minutes to remind my phone I was listening to that. On top of that, the earbuds just decide randomly to no longer have touch controls so again, you have to pull out your phone to get the ear buds to fulfill their purpose for existing. The only reason these aren't a one star is because they do occasionally do what you want.

I bought these for my wife for Xmas, did my research and they were highly recommended as the sound was supposed to be better than the airpods...also, she likes to listen to music/movies before bed and these looked like they would be more comfortable. However, if you have an iphone 6s like me, i could not get these to pair, luckily she has an 8 so they paired. Unfortunately, because we have iphones, she cannot download the “wear” App so she cannot customize or adjust settings. Also, the left earbud will not pair. I am hoping this is a fluke and we can exchange for a new pair that works, or may just say screw it and get the airpods 2.

Over about a year, the volume decreased in the right earbud until you barely could hear it. Then, the left one started to do the same then quit producing sound at all. Sent it in to be fixed by Samsung under warranty. Receive a set back (not sure that they were the same ones) within about a week with a message that they had Bluetooth failure. Within a couple of months, they started decreasing in volume again and doing the same thing. Ended up buying another brand that was not as expensive and they have twice the volume and sound quality.

Sound quality is good. Sound quality diminishes after a while though. Volume of the ear buds may give out, so be sure to clean often.

After 4 months one of the earbuds stopped taking a charge. I'm in my second hour of being on hold on and off, dealing with a Samsung warranty person by phone to try to get a claim submitted. Online I can find lots of people who had the same issue (and I've tried all the troubleshooting) and it sounds like once the warranty claim actually goes through I'll be golden, but boy oh boy is this a hassle for an expensive pair of buds that should still work. They were great while they worked!

Good sound quality. One main issue I get is that one of the earbuds isn't as loud as the other. Still can't fix the issues

I bought these as a gift for someone since they wanted a pair of Bluetooth earbuds. I’m honestly not sure if they were defective or not, but the sound quality on these were simply terrible, sounding like music was coming through tin cans. Aside from the sound, they were of a good build quality and were very easy to set up. Ultimately, I ended up exchanging these for a pair of AirPods, which were more expensive, but the person I bought them for said they sound much better, and I agree. I do not recommend these ear buds.
