I have purchased refurbished items from BB before, and have been happy with my purchases. This time, not so much. Product arrived, I put Samsung earbuds to charge overnight. I paired them with my Samsung phone the next morning. I immediately noticed the left earbud charging was continuosly dropping. I did some troubleshooting, no changes. I returned the item back to BB.
