This is the 2nd set I bought and both sets stopped working. One of the earbuds loses it's sound. The sound is very very faint. And the other intermittently goes in and out. If it wasn't for them messing up, we would have loved them.

The sound is good the volume is good the volume is not to high but ok not much bass at all but the #1 issue i have is the connectivity problem it cuts in and out when im outside cant listen to music without it constantly cuting in and out with a robotic sound an inteferance of some sort. For $149.99 not worth it at all. So many better choices in the market these days.

I'm not even sure where to begin as I am extremely disappointed and confused. I've had them for a grand 30 mins, just took them out of the box. I have to say I personally hate the touchpad and the constant beep beeps, but thats not the real issue. The sound quality to me, is like I'm listening underwater... they sound muffled... distant... HORRIBLE. They dont seem to fit well in my ears at all. They stay in there, but they don't FIT in my ear to deliver sound. I'm flabbergasted. I don't know if they're defective, if they just don't fit well enough. No idea. But its a $150 paper weight purchase I am stuck with.

I thought these would be an improvement over the previous version of the Galaxy buds. The design looked a little less bulky, and the only problem I had with my last buds was the battery life. To be fair, the battery life of these buds is better. But that's where the pros stop. These fall out of my ears far more often, so that less bulky design comes at an inconvenient price. I'm lucky I haven't lost these yet. And the bluetooth gets dropped very often. I have a Galaxy phone, so you would think it would pair with these ear buds and stay paired, but no. Sound quality is fine when the ear buds are working and connected. They don't seem to block out as much external noise as the previous version. Maybe another result of the less bulky shape. Overall, this seems like a backward step for Galaxy Buds. Do not recommend.

Pros: pairs extremely well with galaxy devices, connects easily with other devices, the touch-controls can sometimes be iffy but 90% work exactly as you program them, battery life is pretty good compared with other buds. Cons: earbuds have a filter but still will ingest dirt and obstructions like crazy. Barely half a year later there is enough to make one earbud almost silent compared with the other - for stereo sound that's inexcusable. And good luck taking calls unless you're screaming, nobody can hear me at a conversational level no matter what the background noise level.

My ears are small and so is my ear channel so I had to return them. But they were great for a few days.

I had the original Galaxy Buds and I absolutely loved them. Everything about them was great. I used them so much at the gym though that eventually the microphone stopped working from the sweat, and I couldn't make phone calls with them which was a problem since my job sometimes requires me to jump in a zoom call when I am not in front of my computer. I got a lot of use out of them so I was more than happy to purchase the newer version. Unfortunately, these newer versions are completely unusable. I don't understand how a company like Samsung, after knocking it out of the park with their 1st model, can release something this god awful. Sure the audio quality is fine and the features are all good, but none of that matters when the earbuds are falling out of your ears literally at least once a minute. I have not only tried all 3 of the sized tips it comes with, but I have actually purchased 3rd party tips that were supposed to address this issue but they did not help. I've tried putting them in my ears different ways, nothing helps. I really wish I could just trade these in for a new pair of the original Buds. Also just to be clear, my wife also bought a pair and she had the exact same problem that I did. I've looked online and if you haven't heard this story yet it appears to be the same problem for pretty much everyone. DO NOT BUY. Galaxy Buds Pro also have the exact same problem so don't buy those either or you will just be returning them for something else.

I have had Galaxy buds since they first came out and they have always been great so when I decided to upgrade because the battery in mine was not great anymore, I of course went with the the new galaxy buds. These are not the same, they were constantly falling out of my ears no matter the size of the cover I used and they are slippery, and the sound quality for the phone was terrible. Everyone I spoke to thought I was in a tunnel and all the adjustments to settings changed nothing. I returned these and purchased a refurbished older model.

So let me start off by saying that these were amazing when they worked, but were terrible when they didn't; which was often. •The majority of the time the left bud would have trouble connecting. •The right one starting beeping which apparently means it was overheating even though it's winter, I never overused them, nor did I keep them under a direct light source. •When listening to podcasts or videos with a lot of talking, the speakers would sound as if they were blown out even though I kept them at 70% volume exclusively. •When going on jogs they would constantly fall out and after 4 hours of wear time they would start to become uncomfortable even after trying the three types of tips that came included That all being said, when they worked, I had a blast with them and they connected to my phone seamlessly. The sound quality is exactly as you would expect in this price range and the minimalistic look is spot-on. My only nitpick is that the case could be a little slimmer since that's the dimension that counts when it goes in your pocket. I do have an older phone and I very well could have just received a defective unit, but all of these issues combined does not invoke confidence which is why I ultimately returned them and do not intend to buy another pair. Samsung still seems to have a bit of work to do to get the technology in a good place.

Way too quiet even at max volume on any device. Checked all fixes I could find, both directly headphone related and device related. Tested on multiple devices and no luck getting them to be usable. Tried a factory reset. Ringing in left headset when ambient mode or noise cancelling is on just started a couple of days ago. I have had these for a year and only used them about 5 times to listen to music due to the volume issue. I would use them in the office as it was quiet enough I could hear Zoom meetings. Now I can't even use the noise cancelling feature or ambient sound due to the ringing. I will get these repaired to keep for the office, but replacing with headphones that don't make me regret my purchase every time I use them.

The worst earbuds I’ve ever bought. They don’t stay in my ear even after changing the rubber piece that goes inside your ear and every time I reposition the earbud inside my ear after wearing them for a while it stops whatever I’m watching know matter where I touched on the earbuds it mutes everything. I love the sound quality and that the cancel noise well even though they don’t stay in my ear. I also like the color.

These are a downgrade over my previous set (the Galaxy Buds Plus) in pretty much every way. The shape is less customizable so if my ears get wet or sweaty at all, they will slip out. The material is so smooth that they will even slip out of my fingers because its like trying to position a pebble in your ear. And the touch registration is absolute garbage, owing to the fact that i have to constantly re-seat them in my ear, combined with the fact that there is no clear area for touch to be registered. Avoid these, save money and get a better product with the previous gen ones.

Worked pretty good for about 3 months. After that the right earbud has like 30% of its maximum volume and the left ones at 60%. Touch responses are annoying too, I'll press once to pause and it'll register it as two or three touches pretty regularly. Battery life is the only good thing about them. On a full charge a pod will last like 7 hours.

I cannot explain with words how much I despise capacitive buttons. Before these, I had a $25 pair of wireless earbuds that had actual buttons you had to actually press in order to control the audio, and I would easily go back to them if they weren't out of production. The Galaxy Buds will often confuse my inputs, thinking I tapped thrice when I only tapped twice, or vice-versa, and that's assuming they actually register the second or third taps and don't just pause the music outright. And speaking of pausing music, I should be able to push the bud further into my ear without the thing thinking I removed it and thus pausing my music when I didn't want it to. I imagine for someone somewhere, it's super convenient to have the music pause automatically when the buds are removed, but Samsung did such a tremendously poor job implementing the feature that it's honestly more of a hinderance for me than a benefit. And this is all on top of the fact that the bass in these wastes of plastic and circuitry are nothing compared to, again, my old $25 pair of earbuds from a company nobody's ever heard of. TL;DR Samsung tried to implement a lot of fancy features and did such a poor job that I have no hesitation in saying these are, dollar-for-dollar, the worst earbuds I've ever purchased.

Terrible! do not fit in ears. I tried them for 2 weeks, and they do not fit in the ears no way do they fit. The sound quality is alright but the fit was no good constantly falling out of my ears. This sucks cause I just got a S23 Ultra and was excited to get the Samsung equivalent to the Air pods. But no work.

Ive had these for a little over a year. They fall out of your ear very easily. They dont hold up to being dropped. The plastic cracked the first time it fell out of my ear. After having them for maybe 6 months the battery life went down. They last half the time they did when I first got them. They have connectivity problems, they randomly disconnect from your phone. You have to put them in and out of the case a couple of times before they will reconnect to your phone. Personally I would never buy these again, I've had cheaper headphones that are the same quality. The only reason I haven't got a new ones is because I spent so much money on these. I'd say the only good thing about these is that you can control them using your Galaxy watch.
