absolute trash....aside from sitting in one place perfectly still with your phone/whatever sitting right beside you. These will continue to disconnect/reconnect constantly. Tried to run with my phone and these...nope....tried just using my watch with the music downloaded to that...nope. will NOT stay connected.

Hi there James, thank you for sharing your candor with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 FE. If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Buds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue. Every head turns you don't ear the sound on the earbud but in your phone. You have to adjust it over and over. I have been purchasing earplugs for a long time at best buy, this one i would not recommend.

It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while out jogging, so be sure to wear them with the proper fit. The Galaxy Buds3 FE come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Not happy with this purchase....the headphones constantly disconnect from my phone and once reconnected the person on the other end can not hear me

Returned them. Went back to the store for assistance and was referred to watching You Tube videos instead of help.
