I liked the design and the fit of these earbuds, but I had an issue with the sound. Sometimes while using them, the sound would cut out or break. Because of this problem, I decided to return the product. Hopefully this issue can be improved in the future.

The entire product came dirty and scratched. Had earwax in the buds and did not come with medium ear tips. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund from Best Buy.

I got these as an upgrade from the lower tier headphones. When they work, they work fine (not amazing, but fine); however, I have had them for a month and the battery dies really fast and the right headphone keeps disconnecting. I will be returning them.
