I bought a pair of these earphones, and the left earphone made a constant hiss so I needed a replacement. Then I've had a couple issues, I don't know if I got another defective pair, or if it's a common thing across this model. One thing is that noise cancelling is very inconsistent, sometimes it's great and almost no sound comes through, and other times it's almost as if it's amplifying the sound, mostly with low frequency sound(not on Ambient Sound mode). Also, it has a low volume hiss when noise cancelling is at it's maximum level. On the good side, sound is great, clear and detailed, but also customizable. Software integration with Samsung phones is really great. The look of the transparent case and the earphones with the light bars is something that I really liked. Another thing that needs to be mentioned is that the charging case scratches really easily, so it might be wise to get some sort of protective case.

I've had every pair of Samsung earbuds. I am definitely a samsung fan. From the phone, each, and earbuds. Now I thought when the buds pro were produced that these would be the all be all, but to my surprised I think these are not so good. I've only had them for a couple of months and the sound isn't as loud as it use to be when I 1st purchased them. plus the battery oesn't hold a charge any longer. Thank God I have insurance because these are coming back.

Theyre alright, but just a few hours after buying it i discover that the left earbud doesnt light up. It's not an issue that affects the funcrionality, but if im paying $200 for something made almost entirely out of plastic, it is a huge letdown

Introduction Samsung has been making their buds for a while now. While they tried creating their own distinctive aesthetic with the bean look, they caved and went in the direction of one of their main tech rivals. Sad. Going in I had the Samsung buds pro 2, so it was going to be interesting to see how the two differ from each other. What comes in the box? Out of the box you get the 2 buds, a charging case, a USB-C to USB-C charging cable, different sized plugs, and some inserts. Minor wins The case can stand. I never understand it when a charging case can’t stand vertically due to its odd shape. In this case, it was a win. Major wins Pairing the headphones has never been easier. I opened the cover, and both my phone and laptop found and asked to pair with the buds. Usage For my review I used the buds in my house, and for a walk in my neighborhood. The moment I put on the buds, I could tell that they had noise cancelling. It’s strange that there’s absolutely no mention of noise cancelling on the box, or on any of the inserts, and since there’s no app, I can’t 100% say that there is, but there is. One of the bad things about not being able to turn off noise cancelling, is that there are times like; riding a bike, or going for a run where hear through becomes very useful. The sounds on the buds sound are pretty good, but it isn’t very loud. The sound isn’t dynamic though. There isn’t any customization for the sound. I can’t choose from presets, or raise bass or treble. The battery lasted about four days of usage of about 5 hours of on and off usage in the course of the 4 days. Even at the end of my test, I’m sure there was some more battery life left, but with no app, I couldn’t tell how much battery life the buds actually had. The “blade” portion of the buds have these white lights, it would have been awesome of the lights were used as indicators of how much battery life remained. The case doesn’t have a battery life indicator either, so a huge miss there. I really don’t understand why Samsung doesn’t make an app for the buds. There are some non Samsung users that would like to have Samsung buds. To limit non Galaxy phone users is a huge mistake. Major issues With the lack of an app, it’s clear that Samsung would prefer that you use them with a Galaxy phone, as you can only access a few features by pairing them with a Galaxy. A simple app that let’s you control an equalizer, noise cancelling, a “find my buds” options, etc would have made this more of a robust pair of headphones. There’s also no way to tell how much battery life each bud has left. You’re left using them until they drain out. Primarily for Samsung Galaxy phone users. Probably not for Anybody who doesn’t have a Samsung Galaxy phone, or anybody who doesn’t like options. All in all The sound is just okay, no app, can’t customize anything, and now they’re losing their design aesthetic identity. For the price, there are plenty of other more awesome offerings out there that have apps or simply get ear phones that go with your phone specifically.

The sound quality is superb and each bud offers an impressive amount of battery life. They're also very comfortable and rest well within my ears, even during intense workouts. However, their performance during calls is abysmal; especially if you're someone like me who prefers wearing one earbud at a time. Every time I get a phone call, I spend the first 30-seconds or so adjusting settings until the person(s) on the other end can hear me. At that point, they can hear me a little better, but never well unless I have both buds in. I never had this issue with other Galaxy Buds, and I've exchanged these for a new pair three times now, with no success. Hopefully the next generation of buds improves upon this dreadful backstep.

Howdy VictorG, thank you for finding the time to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We value your candor as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our products. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. If you would like more information regarding fit, feel free to check out "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro." Without having more information available regrading what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest contacting Support at your leisure. Coming from the original galaxy buds pro, these took some getting used to. A few features that I did appreciate from the first gen pros are not present with these such as double tap the outside of your ear to bring volume up or down, and the drivers although they do sound much clearer on these, they lack the big oomph that the first gen bass had. I could melt ear wax with the first gens, these ones obviously went the sound clarity route instead which is not bad if bass isn't your main concern. Now the ear tips having a plastic piece to click in them and not being interchangeable with other earbud ear tips was a nightmare to remove without breaking and change out with other available tips. They constantly slip out and the glossy metal earbud doesn't help the fit (the first gens at least had a silicone coating that helped the bud stick to your ear).Be ready to buy aftermarket tips because if you remove them you WILL break them and the are not cheap to replace. Also if you touch the top plastic mesh while on the earbud when they are in your ears a high pitch screetch can sometimes happen which is pretty annoying when readjusting the earbud, which you will be doing if you keep the OEM tips on them. The touch stick with lights feature is gimmicky at best and a step down from just tapping the bud, do yourself a favor and turn on those voice controls because that's the redeeming factor to this new feature. My last complaint is the step down in noise cancelling with these, I used to be able to use the first gens as earplugs when I slept in a room with loud sleepers without even playing music, with these if I have the Noise cancelling turned on I can still hear the person next to me unless I'm playing some pretty loud kusic. Positives I can list for these is the case is very light and the buds fit good, charging is fast and can keep a charge for a day and a half with some heavy daily use, and the sound clarity is very nice with certain genres of music. All in all I'm still pretty mixed on these earbuds because they do sound pretty good, and the case charges quick, but there are so many issues I've ran into that I'm considering going back and buying another pair of the first gen galaxy bud pros to avoid all the gimmicky stuff added to these that ruined something that didn't need anything new, just some refinement ( such as the uncomfortable fit and low battery). After tuning the galaxy buds 3 pro with a EQ, and buying memory foam tips I have solved most of these issues but the remaining features just feel like gimmicks to try to make you overlook their poor fit, bad ear tips, mid range bass, and apply copycat control stick.

I was very excited to get these on sale because I loved the original Samsung Galaxy Pro buds. The reviews for these buds were pretty stellar. I do not know if I received a defective pair or what, but I am not satisfied. They say up to 6 hours per charge. After a week of use, the most I've gotten has been a little over 3 hours. And that is with ANC off. The case says it holds 24 hours worth of charging. Mine was down to 60% after 1 charge. The audio quality is extremely hit or miss. I've messed with every setting possible. It raises and lowers itself, sounds digital, etc. When I put the buds in, the right one also makes a high pitched ringing sound. So that is great. The fit is also not the best. They are frequently falling out. All these things are something that I never experienced with the original galaxy buds. I may go back to using them and see if I can get a refund on these. I hope others have had a better experience. For the price of what these are, I definitely do not feel like I got a solid value in the slightest. I will likely stick to the original galaxy pros and/or my Sony XM4's. Because, yikes... These are not it. The best thing these have going for them, at least in my experience, has been the flawless connectivity.

2 stars for the design and style are nice. The sound and controls are no good. i use a drill at work, and they pop in my ear it's annoying, and talking on the phone is terrible. Talking to people while wearing them while at work is no good. The noise canceling features suck they making a pooping sound in your ear, and you'll get tired of it fast. Touch features suck too because wearing gloves they don't work understandable but the buds pro 2 i could use my shoulder to turn on and off if my hands are occupied and there's just more problems you come across and i should've taking them back when i had the chance but i was too late of course, also the price is a rip off dealing with these types issues don't buy so I'm thinking I'll switch to bose or jbl im not sure yet because ive had neither brand to try out

These are a huge disappointment for how much they cost. Sound quality is decent, but charging these are an absolute nightmare. Ive had to put a piece of paper towel in the lid to put pressure on them so theyll charge, and most the time that doesnt even work. The battery life of both the case and ear buds are marginal at best. I want to upgrade to the new series but im hesitant to drop another near $200 for a product that works like a $25 product.

They constantly throws charging errors when i place the earbuds back into the case. I would give them a 5 start because overall they have good sound and are comfortable but the frustration of not charging is a real pain. You have to either update or reset them in order to temporarily fix the issue until next time. I would not buy again becaise of this issue! Would of returned but the time frame has expired.

Samsung 3 pro- great sound, features I'll probably never use. Remember that the ear is a canal, to plug into it needs to stick into that canal. These buds are like sticking a ball up to that canal and expectingnit to stick in there. They get an F. These and the 3 FE get a fail. They have 3 size buds to try. None go INTO the ear canal to stick, just different size balls. The plastic part the buds stick to is WAYYY too short and IF longer to poke a bud INTO the ear canal then grand, but it is too short, so the buds are a complete fail. Without sticking in they can not get the noise canceling either, pro or fe. I bought the TOZO 20 PRO for $59, the TOZO 20 doesn't have the fancy case at $39. They stick good, 1/4th to 1/2 the cost, try those. I have 2 of the samsung fe, dog ate one and i wanted to get some better. The 3 fe and 3 pro might be, if they stayed in.

Had to return the first pair since the left wasn't charging. The new pair has been working well and sould is ok. Does not have the most stable connection as i have noticed that it cuts out for a second every now and then. Both pairs did this so have to be the software or hardware itself. Have a samsung device so shouldn't be a compatibility issue. For the price have to say disappointing.

The earbuds have a great fit and overall sound quality however, when i placw the buds in my ear there js a high pitch screetching noise. Generally, it subsides over time but this shouldnt be happening at all. Also, i have bose headphones that seamlessly connect to multiple devices at a time and transition to each device as needes. The samsung buds can connect to one device at a time ( i have a samsung phone, samsung tv and ipad) but have to disconnect and reconnect each time. For the proce point, im returning these.

I have been using the pro series of all the Galaxy buds since Gen One, and this generation has the worst noise cancelation compared to the other. I used earbuds when I am doing demolition to minimize ear damage and these headphones on "Adaptive noise cancelation" just make the jackhammer even louder. Not to mention, the dezign is just awful. The earbuds are difficult to put in the case and have them charge. I've had them in their case fully charged just for the earbuds themseleves to not charge at all. The only good thing I think about these is that the earbuds have a better mic quality when on call compared to the others.

Really dont like the pinching mechanic instead of just tapping. The rubber earbud spacers are oddly shaped and dont form well. It's not my ears because these are the only earbuds I've had an issue with of actually staying in my ears, which is made even more obvious when i go to swipe or pinch and they just fall out because its a more aggressive interaction than just tapping like most other buds. After 1 month, the buds don't fully set into the charging case, and I am constantly finding one or the other buds at 3% when i go to put them back in my ears. It's not a dirty case or dirt earbuds because i inspect it and clean it every time, but it's never the cause of the issue. On a positive note, when they actually seat into a fully charged case, they do charge back up to 100% pretty fast. At least, that's what I remember because they have had the seating issue for a while now

Greetings ChristianS, thank you for finding the opportunity to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We appreciate your feedback as it provides us the opportunity to remain innovative while improving the functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you would like more information regarding fit, feel free to check out "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro." If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Pros: Integrate well with Samsung, comfortable, sound quality (in a quiet place), call quality. Cons: Battery Life (11 hours with the case), ANC (more like noise reduction than cancellation even if the app showed good fit). I had high hopes for these as I have a Samsung phone; however, I returned to my Bose QuietComfort II after 7 days of usage and then returned the Buds3Pro to Best Buy due to the disappointing batter life and ANC performance.
