Do not fit in ear to stop ambient noise enough so I can listen to music. According to literature that came with " includes a variety of ear tips to help customize your fit" Which were not included.

For the price they just aren't worth it. They dont stay in my ears at all, they barely even sit in my ears honestly. So they have zero noise canceling ability because theres no seal. They fall out almost immediately. They feel cheap, both the buds and the case like they wouldn't hold up well over time. I was excited to finally have Galaxy Buds (I love my galaxy phones and watch!) but these were a big miss. Sadly returning them. The only two good things I can say is they connected with my phone super easily and the sound does seem good, but would be better if they actually fit my ears.

Noise cancelation isnt good because the fit is terrible. They fall out they hurt my ears thay are bad at noise canceling and i cant hear what im trying to watch If samsung spend half the time improving their product as they did stealing from apple we might have a good product. But this is unusable bad i just tryied to watch a movie on a flight full volume and i cant hear the movie. 200 really samsung my cheep apple knockoffs are way better. The last gen of galaxy pods are like an 8/10 theese are 1/10 hands down avoid

They were awful. I have no idea why Samsung would go the Apple design route when the only reason people use Airpods is because of the ecosystem. They don't stay in, and I had to turn the volume way up if I was anywhere moderately noisy. I returned mine almost immediately and got a fantastic pair of Jabra Elite 8 Active Gen 2 earbuds.

The Galaxy Buds 3 have such a poor fit that the Active noise cancellation is worthless. The audio quality in inferior to my Buds 2 due to the fitment. The controls on the stem are worthless as gently squeezing/swiping the stem causes the Buds 3 to move and fall out of place.

We see that you reached out to review the Galaxy Buds3. It's important to wear your earbuds correctly for several reasons. This will enhance the sound quality, ensure a comfortable fit, and prevent them from falling out. I was willing to give these a try and yet again let down. O ly had these 3 months and have taken good care of them. Aside from them wanting to fall out of my ears but slipping slow enough I was able to readjust them, I have been experiencing connectivity issues with my phone, left bud is popping like a speaker is blown, right bud has charging issues. Good thing I got the geek squad 2 year service plan! Samsung really dropped the ball on these. Don't waste your money

the ambient sound is not good, and you can still hear fans and tvs in the background, even when the ambientsound is all the way up.. the galaxy bud 3 were far superior. they dont fit well in the ears. no wings, had to buy my own. they fall out easily. sound is much lower than the older model. The Adaptive noise cancellation keeps picking up my breathing so it will hollow out the sound while listening to music even though nobody is talking

I'm a Samsung super fan and have been wearing the Buds Live for years now. I love a headphone that fits well without a rubber tip. The Live have been phenomenal for this and thought "why not upgrade ?" Well, these are arguably more stable in my ears, but way less comfortable with worse sound, worse noise cancelling, and an absolute zero from whatever the AI they have branded with these. Go on Amazon and buy another pair of the Live Buds if you're like me and looking for a non-rubber tipped ear bud.

Hey Andrew. Thank you for taking the time to provide your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3; your input is valuable as we strive for continuous improvement. The Galaxy Buds3 features a new 11mm speaker and a 1.5x amp-enhanced diaphragm, elevating your audio experience from dull to dynamic. Unlike canal-type earbuds, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type and do not include earbud tips. To use them, simply place them in your ears: check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks labeled "L" for the left bud and "R" for the right bud, insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the microphone at the bottom of the bud slightly towards your mouth instead of pointing straight down, and you can adjust the earbuds by rotating them forward or backward until you find a comfortable fit. Additionally, please ensure that your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version for optimal performance. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. If you have any further concerns or need additional assistance, please be sure to reach out to us at Support. -Kelvin

I was really hoping to like these coming from the Buds + which I enjoyed but they simply didn't hold in my ear AT ALL. Didn't even think it was worth connecting to try the audio because of how poor the fit was. I'm immediately returning and hoping the Bud 3 Pro is better, but any sort of movement with these has them falling out. I read similar reviews saying the same and figured I'd try for myself but I had 0 luck.

I bought this for my sister for her birthday and literally a week later is stopped working the sound is very low. You can barely hear anything on it and I have absolutely no way of trying to fix it so I just left it but literally a week after I bought it, the sound just went away is stopped working.

I've had all 3 versions of the galaxy buds and these are by far the worst. They did not fit in my ear nicely and kept falling out. Followed directions to twist and spin until secure, they never stayed. Sound was up and down all the time between calls and media. Product was returned and now waiting for the pros to drop to give them a try.

Save your money and pay the extra for thr pro 3s. If you're like me and had the pro 2s you got use to the ear bud tips. The 3s don't have ear bud tips so it can be an uncomfortable fit if they sit in your ears to long, if you ca. Even get them to fit right at all. Save your money and spend a little extra on the Galaxy Bud 3 pros
