Love the sound. Hate the fact that they fall out. Just lost one to the toilet. Would not recommend.

As much as I really wanted to love these earbuds after listening to the first but of music with them I just can't get past the unintuitive touch controls. Have have had half a dozen different earbuds over the years and these have by far been the most frustrating ones for me to use. The only touch controls I can actually get to work with the most consistency are the volume up and down. Those are a slide up or down so the buds respond well to those touches. Everytime though I have tried to "pinch" to either pause or skip tracks I have to do the motion 3 or 4 times before I get lucky and it works. After a few of those pinch motions I practically knock whichever bud I am doing that to out of my ear. I don't feel that I have larger than normal earlobes but yet I cannot get the pinch controls to work with these in my ears. Pros - Great sound quality and good bass - Samsung phone immediately picked them up as soon as I took them out of the case in the smart things app - You can customize the touch controls via the app for different functions based on the number of pinches - Case will wirelessly charge - Comfortable to wear for long hours at a time Cons - The touch or pinch controls are horrible - I haven't been able to answer a call timely using the pinch controls and it takes 3 or 4 tries to pause or skip a song - I end up almost completely knocking them out of my ear by the time the pinch motions I am doing to pause/skip/rewind are finally recognized This was my first pair of Galaxy Buds and I was more impressed with the last pair of Jlabs that I had and my go to pair of earbuds are still going to be my Bose ones. I can't recommend these unless they change the touch controls to be more effective and user friendly.

The Galaxy Buds 3 had good sound quality, but they were loose and kept falling out, even when just walking or moving my head. I had to constantly push them in to maintain the sound quality. Once I let my hand go, they became loose, and the sound weakened significantly. The call quality was okay, and the stem design was unique, but these buds are not suitable for physical activity. Overall, I was dissatisfied and ended up returning them. While I appreciate Samsung's innovation, there seems to be limited quality checks. The Galaxy Buds Pro 2, on the other hand, are much better. They don’t fall out, sound great, and I barely notice they're in my ears. Although the call quality and bass could still improve, I’m sticking with these for now.

Howdy Abdul, thanks for taking the time out of your day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3. We appreciate your feedback as we strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market for our customers while staying committed to constant innovation. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most amazing experiences when using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. I've tried to enjoy this product, but it really doesn't seem to stay in place. It seems to be okay for some users, but it's specific for only a certain type of ear, I'm not that type. So it falls off frequently and onky stays in place if I'm sitting in a certain position and still. Moving is asking for them to fall out. Be sure this is for you before keeping them. If not, they will be more of a nuisance, and thats a pain for the price.

Aloha LUISB, thanks for sharing your feedback with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3. We appreciate your insights as we continue to improve our product line to best suit the needs of our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Receiving messages such a this is a safety feature on the Galaxy Buds3 Series. It typically means that the charging pins are dirty or the case has low battery. The case itself might be completely drained, which sometimes triggers the "moisture detected" warning. Plug your case into a charger using the USB-C cable, and let it charge without the buds inside for about 10–15 minutes. Once the case has some juice, place the buds back in. Use a dry cotton swab or a microfiber cloth to gently clean the metallic charging pins inside the case and on the earbuds themselves. If there's stubborn grime or earwax, lightly dampen a swab with safe electrical contact cleaner (like CRC) or 91% isopropyl alcohol, clean the pins, and wipe them dry before re-seating them. Push the earbuds down into the case firmly a few times. Sometimes the magnetic connection isn't perfectly flush, causing the charging current to fail and trigger an error. Place the earbuds into the charging case with the lid open. Touch and hold the sensors on both earbuds at the same time for about 7 to 10 seconds. Wait until the inner case LED flashes or blinks in red/green/blue, then remove them and see if they charge normally. Also, make sure your firmware is fully updated. You can do this by connecting the buds to the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone and checking for earbud updates. After using airpods forever and switching my entire life to samsung, I got these expecting the same or better. Nah. They're mid at best and if you like to listen to anything loud definitely spend your money on something else. The max volume in any setting is a joke. Oh and so is the noice cancelation. I hope samsung makes progress in the future but these definitely are not it.

I love and hate these earbuds; I am not sure exactly where the improvement was made regarding the sound and how well others on the receiving end can hear me, but the improvement is significant. However, they do not feel comfortable one bit, fall out easily, and I think its started giving me a little welt. I think, in this regard, where they went wrong was that they tried changing the presentation of it to have more of a diamond cut.

Wanted to love these, but the fit and quality were not there. Only the left earbud felt secured. The right earbud felt loose and had had a little rattle inside them while the left earbud had no rattle. The ergonomics of using the blade often made the earbuds come loose or fall out. Had to return them and will go back to using my Galaxy Buds 2. Maybe in the future, I'll give the Buds 3 Pro a chance after they go on sale and quality control.

Other than the sound quality, these earbuds are a disappointment. They frequently disconnect and reconnect. They typically do not disconnect from my Samsung S24 when I put them back in their case. Finally, they also connect to my phone when they are in the case with the cover closed.

Thanks for reaching out to share your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 with us, Emily. If you've upgraded to a new phone or want to switch the devices your earbuds are connected to, you may need to manually restart your Samsung earbuds, which can also help if the earbuds are unresponsive. To restart them, simply insert the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid, wait at least seven seconds, and then remove the earbuds; they will restart and automatically reconnect to your device. You can also use the Galaxy Wearable app—just navigate to it on your connected phone, ensure both earbuds are connected, and test your Buds for normal operation. Samsung products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a limited 12-month period, and there's also the option to add extra coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices for additional protection and support. If you are still experiencing challenges with noise cancellation, you may need to reach out to us at Support so that we can further assist you. We hope that this helps!
