I find the set-up info. easy to digest. It automatically takes you step by step for each procedure. I find all the phone features I need fast and available for installing. I would recommend the Galaxy J7 to everybody who who wants a phone that is customer friendly and has the latest technology to communicate easily.

I had to get a new phone because my old one was about 3 years old and failing fast. This new one is smaller, but easy to understand (even for me). Can't figure out how to get my voice mail to work, but that may be a user problem. Don't like the way you need to delete emails (I used to be able to just slide them off to the trash can), but I will get used to. People at Best Buy were very helpful.

This smartphone does everything I expect from a phone. It is my office on the go. No need to spend a fortune when this will do. I have tens of thousands of pictures stored, I communicate world wide with family and friend. No need for anything else. I has an iPhone which I returned and purchased this item again, because of its user friendly features. The iPhone was an absolute nightmare to use.

For under $150. it's a phenomenal deal for us Consumer Cellular users. Does exactly what I need... phone, text, internet, and pictures! Easy to use as I previously had a Samsung and at my age definitely don't need a million bells and whistles! Excellent vale from one of my favorite stores...

The J7 has good sound quality for talking and hearing. As most phones are no longer designed to be used as phones, it's fine. Consumer Cellular is a good service provider and great customer support. The has a good camera and for those looking for an inexpensive android phone this is a good value.

I get lost trying to find the app I need. Sometimes forget what I am doing. Phone works well. Camera is great. Samsung Galaxy J7.

Very satisfied with this camera. It replaced my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge. I use it for email, internet and many popular apps. I do not use it for gaming. Has a good camera and picture quality.

This is a good phone for the beginner. I was able to operate all the functions I needed.

I am very happy with my J7. I tried others when I couldn't get my former sprint S7 to convert with consumer cellular but Randy helped me find one almost as good and it is exactly as he explained it. I love my new phone and will always be a best buy customer

The G7 is a great phone, but Best Buy's activation service is limited.

Works much better than my last phone with more memory. This phone is also much faster. The rating is due to sales people told me the wrong speed.

Got this phone for my mom, she was having issues with her old phone this phone is bigger then the previous phone easier for her to use. And there are more apps available

This phone meets my needs and it is actually the same phone model my IT guy personally uses so that says a lot about it's features.

Have not had a chance to use it much yet but seems to do what i need it to do. Much less money then other androids. So far so good.

Going on vacation and wanted a better phone ours was several years old. This phone has a great camera and will be great to take pictures with.
