Q: I already use AT&T and pay a monyhly fee. Is the monthly charge of 46.99 added to my monthly bill?
A: Yes, since its basically the down payment you give for either the upgrade or when adding in a new phone to your plan. (Excluding the extra taxes and fees that are applied as well). Recommend purchasing at a third-party retailer and then adding it on to your plan so the phone down payment is excluded from your monthly bill, if your concern is your monthly bill raising, of course.
