A: No, this model SM-N986U1 does not come with dual SIM.

A: I'm not sure if they can ship to México, but I does work with Mexican SIM cards, you have to get the one that is unlocked. Just insert the SIM card, search for mobile networks if it doesn't get cellular signal at inserting it, and that's it

A: The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is not longer being made since the S21 model are coming out. You need to hunt down and keep and eye on the open box items fi you want them and they are very rare, especially the 512Gb variant. Took me more than a month to get one. Good luck

A: im assuming you're referring to the note20 ultra 5G, and yes, the 512gb internal storage is available on the samsung factory unlocked models.
