It is a phone... it makes calls. The camera is a lot fancier than the Galaxy S8+ that it replaced for me, but I am not impressed with all the bells and whistles. The clarity of the photo seems much better however though each phone camera is 12 megapixels. The 20 is advertising as having 64 megapixels with the additional telephoto. The 20's processor is speedier and on-board storage is greater (512Gb vs. 64Gb on the 8+) and offers 5G (which is limited in my area). So why did I get it when nothing impressed me... the battery in my old 8s swelled and popped the case. Cracked all the way up the back side. Otherwise basically the same phone to me. Took Best Buy a week to get it to me. (Backed up on orders?)

The battery life is amazing. I only have to charge my phone every 2 days and I play music all day long at work! The only slightly annoying thing about the phone is that if you are idle for 4 hours or more you are prompted to put in your password to open the phone rather than face ID or fingerprint. But I guess it's for security so I'm not mad at it. Overall great phone with tons of storage. I'm a very satisfied customer! Also, I have to add that the staff has been wonderful at Best Buy through this pandemic. The curbside pickup was quick and effortless. I appreciate the amazing service I always get at the Menifee store.
