Being a die hard Samsung user I decided to upgrade from my Samsung S8 to the Samsung S20 FE 5G as My S8 is not compatible with the new 5G technology. The first thing that caught my attention was the price which I thought was affordable priced. I am so far totally pleased with the S20. It has a robust 120 hz full display screen. The triple camera is awesome and also comes equipped with a 32 MP selfie camera. The battery life is great and will easily last a full day and then some. Internal storage is 128 MB and you can an additional micro SD card for additional storage up to 1 TB. I could go on an on with other awesome features of the Samsung S20 FE but I think these are sufficient enough to be helpful for someone considering purchasing one.

I finally upgraded from my trouble free Galaxy S5 I had for over 5 years. I hope to have as many trouble free years with the 128gb Galaxy S20 FE. So far, it is much more powerful with faster everything. Setup was time consuming but easy. The screen can be a little finicky where you try to touch requiring a few taps. Hopefully due to the factory screen protector. I'm waiting on a good, durable case with built in screen protector like my S5 OtterBox defender to be released. I use Google voice, keyboard, text to speech, etc rather than Bixby. I like the camera 4k ability. So a proper micro extreme card is needed to be able to utilize the better formats. They are cheap now at 64gb and 128gb sizes. The 128gb S20 FE has 6gb of ram. The more expensive 256gb has 8gb of ram. I don't game so 6gb of ram is plenty fast for me. Gamers look at the 256gb w/8gb ram. Which is laptop ram. There is more bloatware, from Samsung like AR apps, and ATT(my carrier), that can't be removed or disabled. So with minimal downloaded apps of my own I am left with 35+ gb of internal memory being used after disabling what I could out of 128 gb. A lot more than my old S5 which had only 32 gb of internal space and 4 gb free for years. The S20 FE also uses 3-3.5 gb of ram always out of 6 gb at all times. That's why for gaming get the 8 gb ram version or it'll slow down and get hot likely. I notice zero warmth never gaming just surfing, reading and watching videos. Videos load super quick. Look fantastic. Even Google maps loads in a second or two where as my S5 struggled to load Google maps. Hopefully I get 5 years out of this phone when I can get an OtterBox defender case to properly protect it. It is supposed to be water resistant like my S5. Just wish phone's had removable batteries still. I recommend this powerful phone to anyone who needs a new phone and won't spend $1k + on a cell phone like me. So many great phone's $600 and below out now that $1k phones are just stupid.

Purchased the phone for my wife to replace a Samsung S6 active. Overall the phone is a great improvement with good battery life, unique color, and takes great pics. Had to buy a C to 3.5mm adapter to use wired headphones as this phone only has bluetooth capabilities. Able to transfer data/pics from old phone to new phone with the built in Samsung app...took about 60 minutes. Overall, pleased with the phone...only issue was limited options for a cover/case as this was a new model phone.

A good product at a reasonable price. This replaced my previous Samsung phone that I had for a few years. It is about the same size, is a little bit faster (processor), has a better camera and has more memory. The only negative is it cannot accept additional storage like my previous model. However, the 128GB should suffice for my needs. I like the phone.

The phone is really good for it's sale price. The camera takes great pictures without effort. The phone is fast and smooth. Once I got the phone setup the way I wanted, it's a lot better than my old phone. The minor downsides are that the under screen thumbprint reader isn't as good as an actual one and some of the Samsung apps are just bloatware and I would like to put Google Home as a home page but you can only use Samsung's version of that, so I just disabled it. Overall I wouldn't choose a different phone.

Great upgrade at a great price. Even though it has a plastic back, it still feels solid. Runs noticeably faster and smoother than my previous phone. Camera is excellent. Battery life is great - I can go 2+ days without recharging with moderate use, and easily last through the day or longer with heavy use. Very happy with this purchase and glad I made the upgrade!

It's been several years since I acquired a new Smartphone, and this new Samsung S20 FE 5G is miles ahead of my previous Samsung, good as that was. The size of the S20 FE is not too big, nor too small. Even inside a new case, the phone still fits comfortably in a front jeans pocket. The speed of the operating system is amazing, and apps launch in milliseconds. Calls connect immediately, and call clarity is great. The Google voice recognition works extremely well to author text messages. Android Auto is built into the Android operating system, which means it reliably connects to AA in the car, with all AA features working with speed and accuracy, as expected. I didn't think a camera could get any better, but the camera features in the S20 FE work well, and the clarity and resolution of pictures is excellent. The low light enhancements works much better than expected. I can recommend this Smartphone to anyone.

Upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy S8. Love that I can still charge wirelessly. Screen is a nice size. Takes pretty good photos, especially compared to my previous phone. Charge lasts all day at this point. Works for what I need, which is mostly basic stuff.

I came to this phone as a long time iPhone user who was not in the least bit happy about having to sell his paid off iPhone XS Max w/256 GB storage and replace it with an Android of any kind; however, difficult times call for difficult choices. The Samsung S20 FE 5G first caught my eye because of its price that was below the typical price we’ve come accustomed to pay for a new iPhone or any flagship phone for that matter. The next thing that I liked right off the bat more than my iPhone is how sharp, bright, and vivid the colors are on this phone. After the first week, I had come to really enjoy this phone and not mind the switch from my iPhone at all. In fact, there are features like Samsung Dex, perks with Samsung Pay, and the Galaxy Store that make the galaxy line of devices a unique, personalized experience while also pulling in some perks and values you’d never get with an iPhone. I’ve read and watched some reviews where the plastic/gorilla glass backing found on this model comes under some scrutiny. I didn’t mind that much at all, in fact, I actually, if anything, like it a bit better b/c the matte finish doesn’t show smudges and other dirt and debris as much as the flagship phones sporting the all glass back. I also like that the screen size is in-between the 6.2 and 6.7 leaving it a solid phone with some amazing features. All in all, if you’re looking for an S20 but don’t want to shovel out the premium price of a flagship, then look no further.

The good: The 120Hz QHD+ display (although you cannot use both at the same time) feels very smooth to use, the specs are great so you are unlikely to experience any noticeable lag when doing anything on the phone (although if you don't live in China, South Korea, Japan, or the USA you will get an inferior Exynos processor instead of a Snapdragon), and the software offers many useful features, such as Bixby, a talking assitant, and upday, a curated news feed. The camera is good, but not exceptionally so - we'll get to that in a bit. The bad: Contrary to the phone's aggressive marketing, the camera is not the best in the market. There are other phones by different companies that I am not allowed to name that can do the same things this phone's camera can do but better. The 100x zoom is also unsurprisingly mostly useless, and it is usually made worse by processing, leaving the image looking less like a photo and more like an oil painting, hence the 'space zoom' is not really a feature. But that is not the biggest problem.

I am very happy with this phone. I ordered it Black Friday weekend and now I've had it for almost a month. So far it has met or exceeded my expectations. It is fast, takes great pictures, and has a good battery life.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S7. Well worth the long wait. Big screen, small whole punch, long battery, good cameras. Best part was, Best Buy got me in it for $400, that's $100 less than anywhere else.

I'm not a tech savvy person but I'm enjoying the phone so far. It's bigger than my last phone so, I can see things much better. I'm learning to navigate and use the new features. Overall, I'm pleased with the style and features of the phone and I know I won't run out of storage.

I prefer Samsung phones to iPhones and this phone keeps that streak alive. It has a beautiful screen, almost too big for a phone (it sticks out of my pocket, so that is one of the drawbacks). Camera is top notch and so far the battery lasts me about 2 days with moderate usage. I would recommend this for anyone who prefers Android operating systems and you want the 2nd newest model to save a little bit of money.

For the price I can't complain. It's not the newest edition of the galaxy but definitely an upgrade from the last phone I had. The screen shot buttons are harder to use & for some reason I can't use the side button to power on & off. I think it may be user error. I do like the camera & definition in pictures. The 5gs great when I'm in a 5g area. I'm not super electronic savvy but so far it's been a good phone for me.
