Q: Does this price apply to existing customers upgrading their devices?
A: Yes, I just upgraded my device.
A: It now says Snapdragon. Likely just an intern or someone without significant knowledge posted it originally.
Q: Can I buy the phone straight out ? I’m a pay as you go AT&T customer . Asking for a good friend .
A: You can buy it unlocked but will not be able to take advantage of the wifi calling or call & text features. ATT uses a branded version for those features which requires tje ATT branded version.

A: The max SD Card can be 1TB
Q: What does "Enabled " mean in the description of the phone?

Q: Can this be setup with esim or does it require a normal Sim card?
A: Nope. Looks like some of the (I) products have it. And a couple google pixel devices but you have to use Google fi. It does have the option of two sim cards if your looking to have two phone plans on one device? Galaxy z flip I believe offered the esim.
