The phone works well, and the camera takes beautiful pictures. That said, this was an upgrade for me from the S5, which I had for 7 years. My biggest complaint with this model is the lack of a changeable battery. I'm a picture/video taker, and when I was in a situation where I didn't have either access or time to recharge my phone, it was great to be able to open the back and pop in a charged battery. Although you can buy a "fast charge" wire and adapter for the phone, you still need at least 30 minutes for a partial charge, and more than an hour for a full charge. The larger size is also not as convenient for carrying in your pocket.

3 years later and still rocking, great video, great pictures

i got this open box excellent condition, it came with a generic box, usb a to c cable, an adapter for $660 including some of my rewards. i was pleasantly surprise when i received the unit it looks and function like brand new, not a scratch anywhere after i investigate. it's fast and buttery smooth, the screen is amazing vivid real life view, option to tweak the screen. well the camera its just the best hands down. its an amazing android samsung phone and looks great.

The only thing I don't like is all of Samsung settings. Once I get used to it I hope it will go smother. Nice phone and absolutely love the camera!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot espected less from samsung!!! It is very reliable for work, social live, home entertainment, business friendly, and so much more, i am so happy for this tool on any scenario and never lost it elegancy, 100% recommended.

I have no negative words for the S20 phone or cameras. Photos are beautiful and battery life is long. It is super responsive to anything I ask it to do. Sound is adequate but love pairing my earbuds for a much better audio experience. Highly recommended!

I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy s10 and the difference it's pretty obvious, I am not a big reviewer all I can say Samsung delivers on all fronts from design to specs, there is a lot of competition out there but I always stick to samsung because it always delivers where it matters.

I love it. Better than my s8+. Glad i upgrade and its unlocked so i can take it to any carrier

This is the best phone I've bought so far. I was able to purchase for the same cost as the 128. So that was even better yet! The only disappointment I had was/is that there isn't the ability to add more memory by using a SD card anymore.

Great performance good battery definitely a day and a half phone screen is good a lot of people complain thats its only 1080p but i had the s20 and the 120herts screen caps with 1080 so i see no difference only thing that does really bug me is no sd card but other than that good phone

Upgraded from a S7 Edge to this S21+. It is a significant upgrade. Very responsive, bright screen, and great battery life. Easily lasts well over a day on one charge with heavy use (not 3D gaming though). I do miss my SD card slot though a well as a physical home button, but it's something to get used to at least.

Working great. No issues. With the help of the Geek Squad, transition was smooth and painless. It is Pricey ... why I went with four stars, instead of five stars.

Great phone except once I got it o didn't realize how big it was. If I could I'd exchange it for the smaller one now. But that's just my preference. Everything else about the phone is great.

Battery life of this phone is good and would last for 2 days with regular use of call and text feature only, except when you are massive internet browser. Touch response on the screen is great too but using tempered glass makes it less responsive despite of changing touch sensivity settings.

I do like this phone! Supper fast and charges fast and battery lasts for ever! There is not a memory slot for added memory but has a lot that came with the phone. Would recommend

Although the size is a bit bigger to be used with one hand, it is still worth the purchase - especially as a gift to loved ones.

S21 plus is the right switch i just replaced s8 wow what an amazing upgrade. This a great phone iam glad i made this choice.

Excellent product. Im up grading from an S9+ and I think is well worth it.
