love the phone esp the picture and video quality. The only downside to this phone is that the battery drain so fast and it gets warm too on the back of the phone.

Powerful but mediocre battery life. Easily gets really hot to touch during games.Photos looks awesome, has more than enough processesing power for anything!

It was working good up until about a year. The battery gets to 15% and dies within minutes even if not touched and this month it has been saying i have water in my charging port even though its not near water or moisture. I had to go buy a wireless charger for when it does that. It will start force closing apps randomly and go back to my home screen. Other than that, I love the camera and I use it to check out my clients at the salon using the Square app. When it decides to be fine its a nice phone.

This is upgrade from Samsung Galaxy S9. Faster, better camera. The only think is the phones manufacturers continue the trend to save money on you: no headphones jack and head phones, no charger, no micro sd slots.

The phones fast, it had some bugs in the beginning. However, If you want a phone with a good battery life. I don't recommend this phone.

The phone itself was great. Wonderful camera and terrific form factor. I returned it however due to an abysmal battery (6 hours of basic use and it was down to 30%). Standard built-in bloatware such as Facebook and its extra apps. My Pixel 6 might be a bit buggy but the battery last all day and no bloatware.

Low battery. Love the phone, but its low battery life has made life extremely difficult. I missed the return period because i was travelling and this is my biggeat regret. Not worth price if u have to keep phone always on charge

Just didn't cut the mustard for me battery died too quickly so I upgraded to the Ultra plus

There are a lot of things about this phone that I do not like. The screen is hard to touch (sometimes must do it multiple times), I find it hard to turn off (must hold both volume and off key just right to make it work), I am having a hard time getting messages especially voice mail, etc. I guess I still need to learn how to do some of these things but right now, it is not very popular with me.

I upgraded from a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra to the smallest Galaxy S22 and i love the smaller size but the phone gets hot towards the top and the battery doesn't last too long. I do like the screen better than my old phone because this one is not curved.

I like the size of this phone and thought it was perfect in that aspect. The battery wasn't great though. If the battery was improved upon this phone would have been my go to just for the size.

Way too many apps pre-installed. No info or help on how to use them. Simple trying to create txt file and save it - no 'save' command. Way too many ads show up. Not really happy with the extra crap on it.

Everything was fine. When I made the purchase with the device, everything was fine up to this date.

It's just same basic Apps Just a better look of cosmetic phone nothing else has been provided Or much of a big difference, In fact, Expect to struggle.

Returned this phone twice for same issue, crackling noise with speaker when exposed to cold weather.

It keeps stopping my Spotify im not sure if its the app or the phone

I switched from the flip 3 because i has so many issues with that phone. This phone works fine, but the battery doesn't feel like much of an upgrade.

The phone is great in majority of the aspects. But the battery is definitely below average. Good phone if this is your secondary.

It is a really good phone. The camera is awesome, the sound is awesome, the quick swiping and everything about makes a great phone. There is one problem...5G Internet. I know it all depends on where you are but my old phone with 4G was way quicker at loading things and had better video quality on YouTube. On this phone, everything is 360p and most of the time stuff takes forever to load. If you want this phone or any 5 G phone, make sure you look into the 5G coverage that your plan has and other phone plans too and make sure you're in a good spot so it can actually work well...or wifi. Don't let this stop you from buying this phone. It does work, it gets quick sometimes but most of the time it is slow. Hopefully things get quicker in the future
