Had. It for a year now, still discovering useful features. Looked at S23, which looks good for high end photographers, IMO, which do photoshop with RAW images. But S22 still looks like a strong keeper to me, for the architectural photos I take, before switching to DSLR shots.

Great reliable phone. Very durable. Dropped multiple times and screen is still looking good. Nice pictures, superfar zoom, and the pen is the icing on the cake.

Excellent device, has worked wonders. Has given me so many great pictures of my son. I love this device and it's wicked specs. I have done really rigorous applications on the 22 ultra and it's took all them on no problems. Hast got a crack or scratch and has fallen a multitude of times.

Upgraded from a Note 8, I love this phone. Excellent sound and signal reception throughout house with T Mobile. Very fast responding. Image quality good enough for movies. Battery lasts most of day and the fast charger will get it going in 30 minutes from near flat. I LOVE the camera. Superb images at normal resolutions and tele yields good photos though above 10 x you start to see digital artifacts, still better than any phone camera in my experience. Photos are punchy with good contrast and outstanding night capability. Lack of a 3/8 stereo jack is irrelevant, just get a C plug dongle adapter. I maxed out storage with 1 TB and am glad I did, I take lots of photos and online courses from Great Courses, Kindle and Masterclass and have plenty of room for them.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review of the Galaxy S22 Ultra (1TB). So far, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and have no regrets whatsoever by upgrading from an S20 Ultra. OK, so you might have read about the concerns over the battery life on the S22 Ultra. Admittedly, I was nervous about that too. However, now that I've had the phone for a few weeks and it has had time to learn my usage patterns, I can honestly say that at the end of my day, I still have plenty of battery life remaining. (Typically in the 80 percentile range after 16 hours.) Of course, that's based on *my* typical usage which may be very different than yours. I text a lot, send/receive both personal and corporate e-mails, participate in occasional Teams video conferences, take photos once in a while, and then perhaps a card game or two in the evening. I'm not a heavy gamer (on my phone), nor do watch movies on it. My phone is clearly my mobile device for use when I'm away from my PC … so take that into consideration. As far as CPU performance goes, it's clearly faster at the tasks I typically perform than the S20 Ultra. I have my display set for WQHD+ (1440P) with Adaptive motion smoothness (1Hz up to 120Hz) and everything from scrolling to launching apps is incredibly smooth. Of course, the overall quality of the display is stunning … the best I've seen. Regarding WIFI, I have a Netgear WIFI 6 router and my S20 Ultra connection to it (from one room over) was typically between 600 and 700 Mbps (not bad). With the S22 Ultra, I'm now getting a consistent link speed (from the same location and with no changes to the router) of 1.4Gbps and occasionally up to 1.7Gbps. That's a substantial improvement., Finally .. the Camera! Again, I really can compare it only to what I've been using over the past couple of years (the S20 Ultra). Definitely an improvement! Faster auto-focusing, a bit better clarity on zoom photos, and much better night photos. Image stabilization is excellent too. Other than those things, the camera experience is about the same as what I've been used to. I didn't mention the S-Pen simply because I really don't use it. Yes, it's fun to play around with, but I'm not apt to use it very much. Overall, I'm very happy with the S22 Ultra. I've been an Android user for many years, and I'm happy to stay where I am.

Going On 2 years with the version 1tb, only used about 500gb so far, its a great phone, I use it for photos, videos, and the battery still holds up like new. I've been offered to upgrade twice but you shouldn't fix something that ain't broken.

Love this phone. I was waiting for a new Note and this phone is basically a Note. I went with the 1tb model. It was a little costly but I don't regret the purchase. The cameras are awesome!

I use my phone like a mobile computer so the memory on this and multitasking capacity is perfect. The camera surpasses my expectations.
