If you value battery life steer clear of this phone. I pre-ordered when it was $100 off, even at that price it is unacceptable for a $1200 phone to have less than 6 hours of screen on time. On a good day I'm lucky to get 5.5 hours. Shutter lag is still an issue with Samsung cameras, if the subject isn't perfectly still the picture will come out blurry. Otherwise, images are excellent when they are in focus. It's a shame that an otherwise good phone is ruined by poor battery life. I wouldn't recommend this phone unless you absolutely need the 10x zoom on the camera. Also, somehow the speakers are weaker than the Note 20 Ultra. If you happen to be a Note 20 Ultra owner, I wouldn't recommend upgrading this year.

I bought this phone a month ago and I’m very happy with it. The display is stunning, the camera is superb, and the performance is smooth. I think this is a great phone for anyone who wants a premium device with amazing display and camera.

Phone is absolutely a beast and loving the features based on being a iphone user majority of time. Battery with iphone is no competition but I like to leverage that comapred with features availble on this device. I rate 1* to best buy dealing with pre orders

Ive had this phone for a couple weeks now and its been a better option then the pixel 6 pro i had. This phones performance is great, takes great pictures and other features which have been awesome.

Great phone. T-Mobile 5g really sucks in our area though. We live in Lakewood CO and have 1 bar of service with these new phones. Same as our 4g service. No one can tell me why the service is so poor. Just that they're working on making it better

Ordered the phone February 15, for store pickup on release Feb 25; now it is March 19 and I have had zero emails from bestbuy (not even one telling me my device has been delayed). I was told by an agent on Monday I’d get a gift card to compensate for the long delay then by another yesterday that I wouldn’t, which is fine, I wasn’t after a gift card; but 1) it’s frustrating that Best Buy phone agents can’t get their stuff together enough to not have mistakes like that happen and 2) I have been given no date, estimate, timeline, anything that would let me know when I’m going to recieve my phone and now I can’t cancel because I was given the incentive credit when I originally purchased and spent it on accessories for the phone which are now collecting dust on my shelf. Worst part is the phone is available for shipping and has been the past week but still no update on mine; feels like being punished for pre ordering and Best Buy has done absolutely nothing to atone or even just to explain away the horrible mishandling of these pre-orders
