Upgraded from Flip4 to Flip5 w/ pre-order offer, received 512 for price of 256. Love bigger outer screen and new features. Just hope screen doesn’t have to be replaced after 3 months like the Flip4 due to opening and closing.

This is the first flip phone that really hit the mark of using the physical shape of the device to optimize the software interaction. Almost equally as important, it fits in girl pants pockets.

Great being able to be some basic stuff on the front screen while closed. Great as a gps/DJ or whatever you might need on road trips since the inside screen is decent size and the split screen works well. The middle crease might bug some people, but I didn't even notice it unless I was showing others pictures. Main downside for me is the camera, I've taken better pictures on my phone from 2013 (not a joke). If you don't care about the camera this might be a great phone if you like the form factor.

This phone is great love the convenience of folding it closed and it fitting in a pocket and the front screen is very use full half the time I don’t even have to open the phone

The outside screen is incredible useful you can see and reply to notifications with out even open the phone!! That's a game changer!!!

Traded in a G20+5G for this as I was tired of breaking otterbox holsters. Love that it fits in my pocket and that I don't always have to open the phone to read/reply to text messages (even using a 3rd party program). So far, no downsides that I've encountered. While you can see the fold when you look at it from the side, while using it you don't notice it and that was my biggest concern.

I love this phone. I will say that after a while the screen protector can come up a little but it can be replaced. The bump in the fold doesn't bother me at all. I love being able to put this in my pocket. It's also great to be able to use apps from the front screen without opening the phone. (this does take an app to work for more than a few apps, but it's simple to use) This is the second Flip Z that I've owned.

Picture quality ok. Cool device. Fits in my clutch bags, that's always a plus for a girl. Has a weird black line right below the crease of the fold. I'm afraid it mught get worse with time. Overall, I enjoy my phone.

Good storage capacity with amazing camera and phone image

While i had the flip 3 for a good while, the flip 5 is a great phone for easy accessibility. I traded in my flip 3 for the newest flip 5. the larger cover screen is best used when you dont need to open your phone for quick actions, like change your music, viewing/replying messages, and using the stop watch.

As a Samsung Flip user since the Flip 3, i have been upgrading each time to get the newest features. I enjoy the front screen on the Flip 5 because it allows me to do more and not have to open my phone as much as I did the Flip 3 and Flip 4.

I wasn't going to upgrade from my Flip 4 but after seeing how gorgeous it looked and the better processor, I couldn't resist. It definitely assisted in better battery life. Only downside to the lavender color is these recent Samsung lavenders are more pink than they are purple.

I am a first time Android User I have always had an iPhone I cannot express how much I love this phone although it is a little difficult with some things being used to the iPhone this phone is definitely worth the switch and yes my iTunes library followed me

This phone is the most powerful clamshell foldable on the market (August 2023) and offers superb long-term software support. It also has a finally usable battery life and a versatile cover display.

I used iphone 12 pro until I switched to Flip 5. I really love every part of this device. It has good screen, powerful processor. You would love to take selfies on it. Not the best camera though. One good thing is that I have started using my phone a little less as you can see notifications on outer screen and that's it. With normal phones once you open the open, you never know and it's already an hour

Loved Flip4 so much, it was a no-brainer to upgrade to Flip5, for larger outside screen, more memory, and thinner profile. Best buy Samsung staff made transaction avery pleasant and easy transaction.

ive seen so many reviews where people just bash this phone for being almost the same as the last years model but i do believe that the front screen when used correcrly with the 3rd party software gridlock is amazing

I have been 1 and a half year with my flip Samsung and it has been one of the best devices

This phone is dynamite! I love all the features, and especially love the upgrades from the last version. Do be careful of the hinge and of dropping it. That is about the only thing you can do to damage it.

Best buy EVER! Light weight, cute, easy to use, don't hesitate to ourchse. Days of bulkiness gone. Now I use my cute little purses again! :-)
