Customer Ratings & Reviews

It's a really good phone, with a cool cámara and easy to use

Like the color, the graphics and especially the flip

Great phone! I didnt regret i bought . Its very fast and i like the flip

I love the fact that its portable and can fit perfectly in my pocket

Alarm doesn't show title on front nor on open screen. Ringing will stop if you open phone up and it will hang up. No loud ringing or alarm choices. Heavy phone. More substandard details.

This is the best phone I've ever owned. Not one complaint do I have

Absolutely love this phone.Bought the mint green color. So beautiful. So compact and easy to carry in your purse or jeans. The front display is the bomb! Can access messages, calls, alarms, and more. Camera is fantastic also. Buy it...

Beautiful and useful front screen, my best purchase

Okay I have to start with the fact that the phone is great. If you use it for work or just use your phone a lot and are coming from an iPhone you may want to have a small portable charger, but this thing doesn't have the same kind of battery & I knew that going in. This thing charges SO fast that it almost doesn't matter though. Now for the delivery; I got a great deal and new mine wasn't brand new out of the box, but the way they delivered this thing was truly unacceptable. They plastic wrapped it against a piece of cardboard, didn't even BOTHER to make sure the phone was clean from the previous user's phone case being on it AND they didn't even check to make sure the cable sent with it was the correct one! Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how a company like Best Buy should be handling this. The quality of delivery had me have to really scope the phone to make sure it wasn't damaged. I should not have to make this thing clean and feeling new myself. You're Best Buy! You can afford to keep some kind of spare boxes of the product or have a "used phone, enjoy the opening experience" generic box at least! I hope this 1 star over how you handled your boxing and delivery gets traction because this kind of behavior shows what you think we are willing to deal with but shouldn't have to. Be better. Again, the phone is wonderful-but could it have been treated better if I got it from someone else? I'll remember to consider that next time.

Brought on nov 2023 and only just recently started to get the phone seam from flipping

Turns heads when I show it off. Easy set up, love the nostalgia and also that clam shell feel it's amazing. Also, love the clamp sound when closing it and when you hang up on someone #throwback

I have recently purchased the samsung flip5 , i love how the functioning till now and they have improved a lot from flip 4 to 5.

This is my second Samsung Flip and i have never had an issue. I love the convenience, as i rarely use a purse. As long as Samsung is making this phone i will buy it.

I love my Samsung Flip 5. Because I'm able to make calls and receive them from the front cover I seldom have to open the phone.

Overal love this device. Taking selfies with the rear camera is amazing, and being able to see them while taking them is amazing.
