Samsung nailed this product, excellent in every possible way.

Really like the outer screen. 43 ratio is perfect...

The design is highly effective and offers an excellent form factor for daily use.

Nice phone, until the call speaker stopped working

In store experience in daytona beach wasnt worth buyjng a product from best buy , this will be last purchase from you lr company due to the poor customer service experience from the mangement team who makes up there own rules and policies, and doesnt abide to corporate proce match policy and then proceeds to lie about why they cant match the price , i dont recommend anyone buy from the daytona best buy

Check I was over charged for my fold 8 that i ordered on the website and when I caught it and chatted with support I was told I would have to drive to a store and ask them to try and fix it. The phone was $1899.99 minus my $850 trade i was charged $287. I paid with my best buy card and almost didnt catch it the price adjused twice after once after the trade adjustment which was already over charging and i noticed today they made another adjustment for taxes and charged even more money to my card. Math aint Mathing

I have been trying for the last hour to find my current statement online. It is nowhere to be found. I tried calling but I can never get a person. I swear I will never buy anything at Best Buy again!

I have returned the product as best buy didnt provided me the tradein value which was discussed at the time of ordering the phone

I was told I was purchasing a new one but got a refurbished one how disappointing and misleading
