After finding the right size ear adaptor these buds sound and fit great! They were good value too and havent had a problem with them providing all the play time I need. The charging case is nice and compact for easy traveling as well.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 were purchased to go with my Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 phone. The ear buds connect easily to my samsung phone. The quality is of sound is great for my purpose of listening to podcast. Fits in my ear nicely. I would recommend to a friend.

I bought it refurbished in May 2024 and it still works just as well now. It still lasts my full 8 hour shift on one sitting, and the charging is really quick. I've dropped it a few times now and it's still holding up with minor scratches from normal wear and tear but the sound quality is unchanged. I'm very happy with the purchase !

This is just a review of best buys refurbished item quality. Earbuds not perfectly cleaned and missing M sized tips. Just know there's a chance if receiving an incomplete product. Same happened with the refurbished buds pro I got from best buy so it is a widespread issue that I have experienced. The earbuds however work amazingly. No issues there. 5 stars for that.

The galaxy buds 2 are amazing. They are confortable, provide great sound, and thr touch/tap functions are convient and customizable. I struggled for a long time to buy these because they are so expensive, but when I saw that I could get them cheaper refurbished I went for it. I have been very happy with my decision. They worked great right out of the box. I was very happy I decided to buy them refurbished intstead of brand new/full price. I have had no problems.

I like my air buds. They fit me and I love the color (lavender). The price was good for me and they are refurbished. They came with all the pieces needed.

Looks brand new and works perfect. But came without the eartips.

Bought an year ago, still in mint condition, charges last very long, audio quality crisp, up there with the better iems for music quality, no compatibility with apple to use full features but still works if you set shrotcuts on a samsung device.

I lost one of my earbuds and decided to replace it with this one, which is the exact same model. Surprisingly, it works just the same, without any issues or problems. I would recommend it to friends and family based on the price and great quality you're getting.

Buds work great and look great. They come in the original box with the majority of the needed accessories. However, I say majority because mine did not come with a quick start guide or the medium sized ear tips. Had best buy send me another pair to fix this problem but that one also did not have the medium sized ear tips or quick start guide. This may be a problem for some since you need a proper seal on your ear canal to take advantage of the active noise canceling. That can be hard to achieve without the right fit. After talking to customer service about this issue they refunded me $10 for the missing accessories. Overall a good working product but without the right sized ear tips for your ear canal it may slip out and cause annoyance. Pictured below are the ear tips included and how it looked when I first opened the case out of the box.

Great sound..but mic could be better. Battery life is ok with noise cancelation on. They was a replacement for the Pros i lost. I would suggest the Pros but for the price they are good.

I've been using these ear buds for a few weeks now and I am in love with them. The outer case with white but the inside and ear buds are purple. They fit in my ears perfect with the smaller ear covers attached to them. They come with the bigger ones attached but they are easy to change. The noise level are amazing and drown out anyone around lol...

I ordered these with good hesitation since most of the reviews say these come without eartips or with issues but im pleased that mine came with eartips although only the small/Large ones which is fine for me and the actual buds and case themselves came absolutely spotless as you could convince me they were just an openbox or even new and so far no issues what so ever so safe to say im very satisfied for only paying around 60$ i got near top of the line earbuds and the fact in came in the original box was a very nice detail especially for people who collect those types of things as myself.

I found these earbuds to be the exact oposite as to what the first 10 reviews I read said they'd be. Theyre clean. They have 0 wax in the eartips. They came with more eartips than stated that was a bummer. Getting 3 times the amount of eartips I was supposed to get really grinds my gears. The charging cable was supposed to be a type-c to type-c. It was. The earbuds looked great felt clean and looked clean. Like new. Packaging and all. I have no issues with these used earbuds. So either quality control stepped it up and got on their people. Or those reviews are bogos. I wouldn't hesistate to buy again. Oh and get this. THEY CAME ALMOST 3 DAYS SOONER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!! I MEAN COME ON PEOPLE. GET IT TOGETHER! ;-) THANKS

Excellent, very durable, I like the good sound, they are quick to charge, it takes a while for the battery to go down, I am happy with them

Missing silicone earbud tips as mentioned by others. Strangely, I received 2 large, 1 medium and 1 small as shown in attached photo. I was about to return from not wanting to use a small and medium tip but I remember I have lots of spare tips from other earbuds. Tried them and it fits fine on the earbuds. I used the earbud fit test to confirm fit in my ear. Connection to my Galaxy S21+ was seamless. It even prompted to update the firmware. Very happy that I bought it as this price.

I've had these buds for a few weeks now and I'm impressed. I bought them refurbished and was pleasantly surprised they looked and felt brand new. Okay let's get to it. Major Positive: They're comfortable! Compared to my Galaxy Buds+, they're still comfortable and painless 2 hours in to listening. I fall asleep with these almost nightly and when I wake up they're still in and still don't hurt me. Minor Negative: I get roughly 3 hours of listening time (without ambient noise or noise-cancelling active) before it's time to stow them back in their case. Major Positive: They charge quickly. I d Use maybe 3-5 hours a day max, and the case charges them about 3 times before I have to recharge it. Not major compared to other buds but I'm content. Minor Negative: The sleek design makes them a little bit easier (easier than Galaxy Buds+) to fumble them when pulling them out of my ears in a hurry. Side Note: I was initally peeved that I couldn't use ambient noise with only one Bud in; turns out I just needed to fix a setting in the Galaxy Wearable app. Earbud settings > Accessibility > Noise controls with one earbud.

Don't let refurbished fool you, these are the same as new for 1/3 the price and they are amazing. No cleaning needed, wonderful battery life. And the audio is extremely crisp.

Refurbished but works like new. Received clean an all pieces except for the 3rd set of silicone ear adapters. I was able to use one of the ones provided. All functions work as they should. Ambient noise feauture is great when walking in busy areas and the app/widget make it easy to control from the phone along side the bud tapping features when your phone is stored. Geek squad refurbished is as good as new for a fraction of the cost!

i had to buy tips for my buds because they didn't come with any. but they are so comfortable and i normally don't like buds that go into your ears. the sound is great!
