The phone was delivered quickly in just three days after it was ordered. It was delivered in a small, heavy-duty cardboard box. When I picked up the box I could hear something moving inside. Upon opening the box I immediately saw that the phone was not packed very well. The phone itself was in a thin plastic bag, and secured to the bottom of the box by a tight band of thin plastic. There was no foam cushion on either side of the phone. Placed on top of the phone was a box containing a charging cable. This box was free to move about. There was also a wall charger in a thin plastic bag that was also free to move about. These items should, at a minimum, have been isolated from the phone by bubble wrap. I expected more care for a phone that cost $450. This careless packing cost me a week of carefully testing the phone - something most customers would not do. I first performed a careful visual inspection of the phone. The screen looked like new - it was free of any imperfections. The back of the phone had a few minor blemishes, but nothing else. I found a small scuff mark on two of the corners of the surrounding aluminum band, that are invisible with a case. I ran all the Samsung diagnostics multiple times, and the phone passed them all. I found an app to help me find dead pixels and residual images on the screen - none were found. The display screen was like new. The battery was also like new. I have been using the phone now for almost four weeks, and can get almost three days usage out of one full charge - although my usage is relatively light. All three cameras work very well, and the lenses look like new. They experienced no damage from the careless packing - but I was probably lucky. A photo of the base of my Christmas tree with the main lens is very sharp and clear. The small blur in the upper left corner was from my finger! Photos with the other lenses were also excellent. I am very happy with this phone. However, I am afraid I can not recommend it to a friend. The careless way it was packaged could have damaged the phone. I think it would have been safer to not include the charging block and the box with the charging cable, if such flimsy packing is continued. In any event, the phone should be cushioned on all sides by foam. It is, after all, a $450 device.

I love Samsung phones and the S22 is fantastic. Easy to use and not overly large or too small. Just make sure you get a decent case that allows you to use the wireless charging, if that's your thing.

Very nice phone. Battery life was a downside to it.

when you pay for a 256GB and you realize you got at 128GB, that's going to lead to a bad rating of Best Buy, but the phone was great.
