Very bad and useless phone do not buy there refurbished phone once it fall down the phone is gone I try return for repair Greek squad refuse my phone Please keep your money don’t buy Greek squad refurbished

Received phone no packaging around it just thrown in a box they sent a micro usb charger not a C charger glue is on the top of the rim of the phone i guess where they replaced the front screen. I called Best Buy Citibank and notified them immediately the only good thing was I received the phone the next day but clearly geek squad didn't take much pride in the repair or the shipping I recommend the Samsung phone just not Geek Squad as the seller buy new from Samsung your carrier or Best Buy

I wish I had more to say about the Samsung but it has been inoperable. I purchased an open box or a refurbished phone. It was advertised as an unlocked phone. It was locked. It looks really nice. The graphics, camera and speakers are good. I like having a flip phone. I really like having a flip phone I can actually use better.

Amazing phone, until 1 month later the hinge causes the full screen to go dead. The screen protector that came with it constantly got bubbles. The corners in the hinges is weak which caused the screen to blackout

I love my flip phone the pictures are very good. This phone is not as delicate as you might think. I use it constantly with zero screen issues.

Phone came network locked for ATT. I had purchased the unlocked varrient. Was unable to unlock due to the device still having a balance. Morral of the story…. Dont order geek squad refurbished if the price is too good to be true.

DO NOT BUT THIS PHONE if it's refurbished or open ox. I had the phone (open box) for 2 months and then it wouldn't open all the way. From the time I received it I always felt it was a little difficult to open the phone but I thought that was normal. Now I'm stuck with a phone I cannot use and Samsung won't make good on warranty and Best Buy won't give me even a credit for the $600 + dollars I spent!

The phone was decent, when it worked. Bought from Samsung, brand new when it came out in August. Just a week ago (January 17th) I folded the screen and it broke. Black line down the middle of where it folds, couldn't tap anywhere on the screen. Had to get it repaired.
