Love this. Great quality and like the sleek curvature. Not too heavy. I like the button on the bottom that allows me to adjust display setting easily from brightness to color.

Picked up two of these since my company went ahead and made us full time work from home. Very easy on the eyes and I love the curved feature. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Tighten the screw on the bottom and the screen doesn’t dip down. It does tilt as well but make sure that screw is tightened and also does take a bit of force but it will tilt up and down if you need it too

This is perfect for my home office setup. Screen size feels perfectly large and tye curve is just amazing. I bought the refurbished version but itbis as good as new and I saved some money. Highly recommended.

Screen never worked, it would flicker and green lines would run through it. It wasn’t the hdmi cord I tried multiple ones. The base also didn’t come with any of the screws nor did it fit right in the monitor.

this is broken when i open it.How could it be. I won't buy anything on best buy

I really like the 27’ curve screen with built in speakers but would have loved the ability to adjust the height. Also, the monitor comes with an HDMI cord but would have like a DisplayPort cord as well. Make sure you adjust the setting so that the monitor reads the correct input. Took about 10 minutes to figure why my screen was blank.

The monitor quality is beautiful. But, I am not able to enjoy it because the stand the worst. The stand is designed terribly and cheaply made. It does not hold the weight of the monitor and starts to sink downwards (even after making the proper adjustments by following the instructions with the stand screws that were provided). Looking at a downward facing monitor is very straining on the neck and eyes. The only way I can get the screen to face forward, is to prop the front edge of the stand with books. Which, is ridiculous to have to do. I've had this screen for 3 weeks and am finally packing it up to return it and buy an entirely different monitor model. After reading a ton of reviews on this monitor on the Samsung website and various other places, I am confident that this is a common design problem with this particular monitor. So, I will not be exchanging this for the same one. I'm including 3 pictures. In two of these pics have a pink clipboard propped straight up against the monitor to better show just how far forward the monitor leans. The third picture is an up close shot of the stand/base where it won't fully connect, starts to separate, then leans downward.

Missing parts so i could not turn it on. Came with wrong power cord. And was missing the screw that connected the monitor to the base. Sent it back and got a refund. NOTE i did purchase this as a open box

I love this monitor. It provides a clear, easily seen full range image. Not having used a Curved Monitor before I was surprised at how much more clear the full screen image was seen because of the curve. The refurbished product was in excellent condition, easy install and works exceptionally well.

This product was returned. It was a refurbished unit. The HDMI cable would not go into the HDMI port on the monitor. The port was bent/misaligned. It was returned. Too bad because it was a good price.

I went to a San Antonio location to pick up my web ordered monitor, and the first thing I notice was the monitor stand/leg was puncturing it’s box and upon opening the box the there was no styrofoam for the monitor to keep it “safe” so the monitor was literally destroyed. The screen was completely crack all over and the backing was open so all the circuitry was exposed. Luckily I walked inside to pick this up, and so glade I asked the Best Buy employee to open the monitor packaging up. I don’t know how this would have played out if it was delivered. Come on y’all!!!

Two "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" versions of these failed. One failed within a few months (wasn't able to return) & the other within a few days (was able to return). Hassle, interruption of work, etc -- not worth the savings.
